I did enough shopping the past year where I got back the annual fee plus more in savings not to mention I'm very happy with the products I bought and saved on.

Best Buy never disappoints. We have always gotten excellent service, whether buying TVs or major appliances. I always recommend Best Buy to family and friends.

I love being a Best Buy member; when plus was introduced to me, it was no problem for me to upgrade. I've literally already saved 400-500 bucks, so it's paid for itself well over my expectations. I even had a free install thrown in. There are membership prices monthly; if you're a big fan of Best Buy, I think it's definitely worth it, especially as a home owner.

I like it. It made my purchase more affordable. Therefore I am happy.

Other than my first purchase, I haven't found a benefit. Maybe I just don't buy enough. The first one made it worthwhile.

I purchased this to save money on a couple Items i was purchasing. So far this has already paid for itself twice while buying cameras for myself and family. Not sure long term if I will maintain this but with the purchases I have made so far I think it has been beneficial.

I had an excellent experience with the geek squad members who installed my wall mounted TV. They were very knowledgeable and helpful and went well beyond what was expected. I am very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend them!

This is a no brainer. It saved us $100 on a new tablet. So it paid for itself while giving us an extra $50 discount, and increasing our return window on products. Go buy something that it helps discount, and it will pay for itself. Worth it for anyone who buys at least one or two electronic items or video games per year.

Longer times to return Bought items, give you a little more time to think about your purchase.

Not the best membership I’ve gotten at a retail provider, especially considering that you have to pay for it, but it has saved me some money so not a total waste. I just don’t shop here enough, but if you do it may be worth it

The deals are usually on stuff I want or need. I wish they would discount HP toner and I would rave about it. I’ve definitely saved money though.

I am usually adverse to memberships but the Best Buy membership has been great. I'm about to purchase a new phone and look forward to using my membership.

we had a great help very professional, and the TV was delivered. Installed on time, and the dollar was very polite and very clean. Picked up all the boxes.

IT A GREAT VALUE NOT JUST FOR ME . BUT MY ENTIRE FAMILY WE LOVE BEST BUY/ BB FOR THE HOLIDAYS, ALL OF OUR TECH HAS COME FROM BB AND WE LOVE THERE SERVICE, HOWEVER, SOME STORES HAVE BETTER STOCK THAN OTHERS.

While a member of MY BEST BUY PLUS I purchased a new washer and dryer. 45 days after the purchase the dryer it quit working. Standard response by Best Buy was to refer me to Geek Squad for repair, but due to my membership Which allows for a no questions asked return or replacement I am receiving a new dryer! Good job Best Buy....
