I love the perks. As I am a Gamer, I will admit what initially got me was the sales they had on switch games and digital currency. I have since used my membership to buy the little things I've been holding off on like a photo printer. I have since already saved more than enough to warrant the price of the membership and it's only been 3 months since I signed up. It's just savings from here on out.

I bought this because I was buying Pokemon cards at the store and the manager told me to buy this member ship because it helps get you Pokemon cards. I have yet to get an invite or any kind of Pokemon help from best buy outside of not having this membership at all. I have had no intetrsted for any of the “deals” they’ve offered on other products. Save your money and time.

Purchased this to get discount that day. Don't believe I'll be using it often and do not plan to renew for future use.

Bought the membership for better pricing on many items & longer return windows. We'll see next year if I renew. At it's current pricing, yes.

Seems to be a good value for the fee. Many benefits including price match and refund of price change if it goes on sale

So far haven't seen any real benefits. whenever we had something we needed it wasn't discounted.

Saved a lot of money on my Garmin watch with this because of the special promotion emails and member discounts! Definitely worth it.

I thought I didn’t need a Best Buy membership, but it’s been a really nice surprise. They always have great deals and exclusive offers that I can’t find anywhere else. I’ve been a member for two years now and I’ve never been disappointed.

Best deal to extend return window. Totally worth it if you're a frequent shopper at Best Buy. Additional bonus is member deals...but I haven't found anything yet that suits me

After a horrendous 4 wks trying to deal with Samsung to replace a tv that had died after only 6 months, Best Buy stepped up and solved my issue with a new TV. It did take ma awhile to get BB to act on my behalf but I now have a beautiful TV which I hope will last!,,

This was ok, but I upgraded to the Total membership for better in-store Tech support, etc.

The Best Buy membership gives you deals, more time to return things, and help anytime. It’s great if you shop there a lot, but not as useful if you don’t.

I’m new here seeing how it goes and no complaints so far

Started out good. Then the free book download gave me the wrong book with no recourse (saw reviews and happened to others). Then, not a membership problem but a service problem, multiple delays for Apple Watch purchase shipment to then receive an empty box. Customer service provided return label for empty box. 2nd shipment with, yet again, more delays (still haven’t received). Followed by an email from customer service requiring photos of the box that had already been shipped back. Who knows if I’ll ever get the Apple Watch (gift for my mother).

It’s really great especially with geek squad support.
