There are many items on sale through the year for My Best Buy Plus members. You will make back your money immediately. I bought a membership and saved $800 on a Yamaha receiver. You can’t beat that. A couple of years ago I bought a wall oven and the membership covered the installation cost and saved me cash.

I saved a lot of money on my new Cafe appliances with the Best Buy membership and also got a $75 gift card after my purchase. With that I bought a matching $100 toaster and only paid $30 for it!

The associate in store lied to me and said that the NFL Sunday ticket was included for free with either membership plan. I stopped doing business with you guys for several years after spending most of my adult life buying every TV, Computer, appliance, etc. from you guys when you started the whole membership stuff. I decided to give you guys another try and even opened a $4,000 credit line with your BestBuy Citi Visa Card. I spent $3,000 that day because you only give the 10% rewards on the initial purchase which in itself was sad. You would think it would at least be one day not one purchase. So I go to try and redeem the NFL Sunday Ticket and then it says I need to pay an additional $258 for the package. I later find out the information I was given about the motherboard they sold me was incorrect and one of the drives I purchased had to be returned as it would be a waste as the board was not capable of the speeds it was rated for. Had I known this I could have purchased 2 of the correct one’s for the same price and not missed out on the 10% rewards due to your single purchase policy. The absolute cherry on top was the $800 3D Printer I had ordered was delivered to the wrong house… Unbelievable first experience back. I feel foolish for opening this credit line. I paid off my balance in full and I’m considering closing the account.

It has been invaluable for the Drops function alone! I recommend it for anyone who shops at Best Buy regularly. I suspect they will continue adding benefit too.

The membership gives you piece of mind and an incredible value. Best Buy has been extraordinary in their customer service, delivery, price match and returns. Happy I added this and auto renew is the way to go

I went to the geek squad yesterday and Paulo helped me start transferring data from my old computer to the one I had just purchased on Sunday from Best Buy. I'm coming back this afternoon and he will help me finish it. He was fantastic and thorough and very kind, quick and efficient. I'm so satisfied and happy with the geek squad. Every member that I've worked with has been fantastic!

I've really enjoyed being a member with Best Buy. The reward system is fair, and Best Buy does a great job at communicating with their members.

This membership has been great! I been lucky with the fact that the items that I needed were all on members discounts! Really sucks that they took away members points though.

I would definitely recommend the Best Buy Plus with all purchases. Protection and customer service are a big thing when you spend those hard earned dollars at Best Buy
