    I Always enjoy stopping by to shop at Best Buy! Excellent assortment of items at very reasonable prices! I have been telling my Ifriend(s) and neighbors about BEST BUY PLUS! Some of them were not aware of BEST buy Plus. The bottom line is I am very pleased that I am signed up for BEST BUY PLUS! Quality products at reasonable prices!

    The Plus membership benefits was a great surprise and super beneficial. The salesman did a great job of explaining all the benefits and it has turned out to be better than that. Highly impressed by the overall experience. Highly recommend it.

    I did receive a refund when the price went down on the computer I purchased. It was a fairly easy process and they answered the phone!

    This is a no brainer. You’re going to shop at Best Buy to get your products anyways. Why not get unlimited Geek squad support and an automatic protection plan on all your purchases? We’ve been seeing nonstop value come out of this membership and recommend anyone and everyone to experience the value while you shop and become a member.

    Not the biggest fan of Best Buy at yhis time

    I find that the benefits have been rather less than I expected, I purchased this membership when I was trying to buy a camera, which Best Buy completely screwed up the delivery and I was unable to use it in Jamaica for my trip. I had to go to Amazon and procure the camera in time. By the way, I even attempted to buy a second camera from Best Buy with certain delivery requirements which initially Best Buy suggested you could deliver on by a certain date and of course, you all messed that one up as well. So I have returned both cameras and , wish now that I hadn’t spent the money for this membership. I’m truly sorry because there are times that I truly enjoy Best Buy, but at this moment, I really am unhappy with you and can only repeat how Best Buy screwed up to camera purchases in a two week. Period and you were unable to deliver either anywhere close to what you had committed to on the original purchase. I don’t feel special by Best Buy and maybe that’s not your goal anymore. I hope things improve overtime, but for now I will look elsewhere for purchases only because you caused an enormous amount of stress for my wife Over this camera purchase. I won’t go into the details on this, but I certainly gave your manager in Buford Georgia and earful. I was professional. I was nice, but he even admitted that Best Buy delivery dates cannot be trusted. I’m happy to talk to anyone if you care to reach out and find out the details.

    Best Buy plus is worth it

    It’s honestly worth the money. You save and eat more points than a regular account so it pays its self off. I would recommend it to my friends and family. My aunt got the membership and she saved additional 100 bucks on. A phone.

    Useless. The “consultant” said this and my 3 year Geek squad warranty would cover my Floor model Samsung Laundry center exactly like a new model, and when we got it installed and the dryer was making an odd scraping noise when we turned it on the first time- the customer service refused to honor that claim and said it’s not eligible for replacement but could have a repair technician come out. He came out a week later, and told me he could shove a 2x4 into the back of the unit and push the outer case back out, which was rubbing on the drum- he said there was no way to know this in the store by looking at it. He said it would likely pop back out at some point even if he did that and I may want to request a replacement which is covered under my plan and warranty. I called customer service back, and they said because it was a floor model they couldn’t honor that and I had to speak with the Store Manager. Who by the way, you can’t call ahead of time because there are no direct lines into the store, it routes you to the 1-800. They told me I had to go into the store WITH THE ENTIRE LAUNDRY CENTER if we wanted to even discuss a replacement. Mind you, I had to hire delivery to get it home! All this, and the price difference (with the 3 year BB warranty we bought) between the new unit and the floor model was 150$. I will not be purchasing any further appliances from BB, and I would suggest no one buy any floor models unless you’re comfortable risking throwing the money away if it doesn’t function when you get it home. Definitely never buy the warranty, this is the second time I’ve had issues getting them to honor it on faulty appliances.
