Printers can be such a trouble, but I have made a decision to make sure with this new buy I bring it in to be checked. It is a great printer and I want it to lasT!!!

They had what I wanted but at checkout the salesman never mentioned anything about a membership. He was very talkative and I just glanced at the sales slip and didn't notice the add on. My fault. I did cancel the membership since I won't have use for it.

I wish I could have been reminded of it as I recently made a Best Buy purchase. If Best Buy were to take CAA's approach they would send our reminders and specials periodically.

Ordered an appliance and a few days later the price was reduced and they were able to do a price match. Having priority access to sales is extremely helpful. Also special pricing also helps me to save money. I would consider the Total Membership which includes 2 years coverage of purchases but i always purchase the 3 or 5 year Geek Squad Protection.
