Ok, I'd might give this a 5 star rating if it ONLY applied to our experience in the store. They have been great, however, the BestBuy Rewards call center has been awful! They have continuously given me misinformation !! Which ended up costing us a $100 loss and way too many hours of my time on the phone!! Because of this I'll have a hard time recommending to family and friends.

This membership was totally worth the buy. Helped me save money on a arctic nova pro wireless headset and has been very useful with the other discounts that it offers

Just getting started with this membership not so far seems pretty easy to use

I have used my Best Buy Plus card for 2 large purchases. I saved much more money than I spent on the yearly membership fee! Plus, I get occasional coupons for cash off of future purchases, and I regularly receive bonus offers. It's a great deal!

This membership is real value. Member prices plus unlimited Geek squad Support is Great. Also love the peace of mind of getting protection plans on our purchase!!

So far all good I havent had to use my protection plan . But I do recommend this to have for protection especially if you send on itens the cost over $500 .00 . You dont want to send another $500 if you dont have too if u have this protection plan.

This membership basically pays for itself if you are an avid shopper at Best buy! Make sure you take advantage of all the deals.

The sales person really explained the opportunity to us and helped pair the benefits with the item we were there to purchase so that the membership paid for itself with the savings.
