I give it a good rating; the staff member's attention was good and friendly but very slow. I think they should improve their customer service.

Definitely worth it! You get 60 days to return sonething instead of 25 days! Plus, i was getting some pretty sweet deals the more i purchased, the more points i accumulated which quickly turned into a $50 off deal for anything equal value or more. When i saw that, i looked into my plys account some more and found a bunch more dwals even better than the 50 off gift certificate. I buy items frequently from Best Buy, but not many of the items are worth getting best buy prorection (i.e. cables, adapters, etc), which is why i felt the plus membership best suited me. Dont get me wrong, after i earn my BA in college, ill be able to adford buying things as frequently as i do with trivial items, enough to justify the cost benefit analysis to get the better membership than the plus (blanking on the name) which gives you automatic best buy protection on the items you purchase thereafter. That ones a little pricey, but I recommend the plus membership for those who frequently buy from best buy, but occasionally make investments in otems that would typically need protection. Anyway, thanks forreading. Sorry my typing was sloppy. I highly recommend getting the plus membership!!!

It was okay. I didn’t know that this added feature was auto added to my purchase. I did not know if I could refuse this membership or not. It’s kinda like I was forced into getting it as it was added to my purchase. I wish I was told before hand and was explained to me before it was sold to me.

Really like having it for extended use of product after purchase to be able to return if needed. Geek squad for checking out electronics.

I upgraded my membership to see what other deals I might benefit from. So far, I've gotten great deals at bestbuy with my card and my rewards.

I joined the membership when I bought the new TV. The sales person strongly recommended me to join and mentiones about the price match within 60 days. He sold it to me with the value point. During the labor day weekend, I checked the bestbuy ad and the TV that I bought was on sale. I bought the receipt back to the customer service and they honored the new deal because I was a member. If I were you, don't miss the chance to get this membership.

For the cost, this membership is a good value if you shop electronics or appliances at least once every couple of months or a few times a year. For many items, I often see a "plus" price that is comparable to Amazon/Target/etc, or better, and often on items that aren't on sale at other places. In addition, I see Plus prices on top of sale prices on many items, giving a very nice discount. I buy most of those types of items from Best Buy if they have what I'm looking for when I need it. Just one Plus savings on an item like TV or refrigerator pays for the membership for a year. The customer service from Best Buy couples with the membership and makes shopping at Best Buy worthwhile. Service in-store is usually good, and online service has been excellent. This is speaking from years of experience purchasing online from Best Buy. Deliveries are quick, and any issues are taken care of right away. Returns in-store are smooth and easy. Almost all of my electronics/appliance purchases are done through Best Buy nowadays, from refrigerator to tv to tablet to computer accessories to small appliances, you name it...there's always a decent selection and often a Plus price to sweeten the deal, along with 2-day shipping (which often arrives in one). They carry more categories of things online than you see in-store, so it's worth shopping online with them when looking for items. The sales and events for Plus members are decent, but I find that I normally go looking to buy things when I need them, which may or may not coincide with a sale event. However, I've gotten a deal from the Plus price often enough that I'll renew it again when it comes up.

This has benefited us well, as we had to replace appliances in our kitchen and bringing able to price check is huge! We will be using the plus coverage again in Feb to price check and install a home theater and new kitchen range.

I dont normally buy "Memberships" like this but when I bought my laptop last year I added it on and I am glad I did. My laptop went on sale a month later and because of my membership I was able to get refunded the difference! What a win. Just recently, my husband needed a new laptop, so I logged into my BestBuy portal and watched and waited. The perfect laptop showed up, on sale and at my local store. When we went to get the laptop it wasnt out on display so If we had just gone into the store to shop for laptops we would never had seen it. The sales guy found it, we bought it and it was a great laptop with all the bells and whistlers for a lot less.
