When I purchased the membership, I got a great deal on the item I was buying at the time. As I left I noticed there were several items on sale and was excited to come back and shop around. When I returned about 1 month later however, there were almost no items on sale, or perhaps I just couldn’t find them. Either way, I feel like they could be advertised better in-store to encourage buyers like me to take a closer look. The online deals were great, no notes on those.

Really enjoyed membership thus far. Can't wait to keep using it.

We bought a 85" Samsung Frame TV and the service was outstanding. The two installers sent out with the TV were the best. They went over and above to install our TV and really knew what they were doing. They were oustanding!

saves more than the cost of the membership in a few weeks. Also liked the 60-day price adjustment. However, the phone representative was hard to understand and told them they weren't eligible for a refund.

I love this membership! It was $50 for a year and i easily already made my money back in deals or buy 2 get 1 free games that had been offered for the switch via the membership. Will definitely keep it when renew time comes around. On the fence about even upgrading it for the warranty benefits and geek squad services.

Great value as a member, especially when you save on one purchase the cost of the membership.

It is good for me to have a longer time to return an item because I am handicapped and have to make special arrangements for transportation.

Services was excellent. What the other staff wasn't knowledgeable about. The manager was able to satisfied as requested by the staff member.

This was a wonderful process. The salesman at the store was very helpful and we got what we wanted. The Geek Squad men who came in put together a complicated bit of furniture for the big TV to rest on. It was perfect. They were great, helped move furniture a bit, made sure everything worked right. We will be coming back.
