I originally signed up to save over $100 on a new refrigerator. Since then, I have earned certificates on numerous purchases and it seems like a good and worthwhile program. I am currently in the process of buying a new OLED TV and I have to say, the process is very frustrating. It turns out that prices on many items, especially TV's often change almost daily. Sometimes there is a straight discount, sometimes there is a member discount and sometimes both, but they literally change overnight and sometimes even within the same day. If there are member specific discounts for items, it would help immensely if the duration of the offer was specified. There is also a 60 day price guarantee, so if the price drops you can be reimbursed, but it would be much simpler if duration was consistent and identified up front.

Bought it for geek squad support and peace of mind

So far so good. I Like the 60 day return window, but wish it came with more benefits. I have yet to find anything I’ve wanted with the special member sales.

Have not had to use but good to have. Security for the future.

I signed up for the My Best Buy Plus™ membership and so far, it’s been a solid value. The main reason I joined was for the free 2-day shipping, which has definitely saved me time and money. I also like that members get exclusive access to special sales and early shopping windows—it feels good to skip the crowd and still get the deals. The extended return window is a nice perk too, especially for tech purchases where I might need a little extra time to test things out. I haven’t used the 24/7 tech support yet, but knowing it’s there gives me peace of mind. Overall, it’s worth it if you shop at Best Buy more than a couple times a year, especially for electronics or gifts. The savings and convenience add up quickly.

I was so pleased to be approved/qualified to establish a financing plan courtesy of Best Buy. Purchased a wonderful 75" Samsung television and wall mount. Received the credit card and am looking forward to perhaps buying headphones to better enjoy this amazing television. I recently discovered that I was charged for a Best Buy Plus membership—something I never asked for or agreed to. It turns out the cashier added it during checkout without my consent, which is incredibly frustrating and feels very dishonest. Since being unknowingly signed up, I haven’t seen any real benefits from having this membership. No noticeable savings, perks, or exclusive deals that would justify the extra cost.

If you buy stuff at Best Buy a lot it will easily pay for itself. Not only lower prices but bonuses make it a good value

It really works well. The price of the item that I purchased went down then I asked for the matching price, it was very simple and fast. The price went down more so they match the price again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is why I gave a 5 star!!!!!

I recently bought my son a gaming PC at BB and saw the membership display and asked about it. After the associate explained the levels to me, i found the $49.99 level was the best for us. And wouldn't you know it, the next week that PC went on sale for $60 off. But, just like the associate said, I chatted on line with a BB rep and they credited me the difference. Then we went back and bought my other son the same PC while it was on sale! Plus I got $10 off a monitor last weekend plus an extra $10 credit for buying it. So I have already save $80 with my membership.

I’ve been using the My Best Buy Plus™ membership for a few months now, and overall, it’s been a worthwhile investment. The free 2-day shipping and exclusive member pricing have already saved me money on several tech purchases. If you are unsure, like I was, about paying for a My Best Buy Plus™️ membership, it is well worth the money if you plan on shopping with Best Buy. I have been “window” shopping for an 85” or larger TV for my living room for over 2 years, while I both saved the money and waited for prices on the newest technology of mini-LED TV’s to level out. I purchased this membership specifically for an enormous additional discount, above the already discounted “on sale” price on the specific TV I wanted. Even after the price of the My Best Buy Plus™️ membership, my discount was $500 off the “on sale” price. You don’t have to have an advanced mathematics degree to understand how great of a deal that was and I am 100% satisfied with both my purchase and my decision to become a My Best Buy Plus™️ member. In regards to the service received when the gentlemen delivered my television, I’ll have to leave a different review as to not distract anyone from my simple review of the My Best Buy Plus™️ membership. It was well worth the money and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone planning on making some medium to large purchases, monetarily speaking. Hope this helps if anyone else is on the fence about paying the extra money like I was. Cheers
