I thought this membership made a lot of sense for things like electronics as there were incentive kickbacks as well as extended return windows on TVs from 15 to 90 days. Overall it was a good membership; however, the rotating offers didn't line up with what I was shopping at the time making it less valuable in my opinion.

I always have a good service when I bought supplies for my daughter school include laptop and other supplies. I had a good experiences in best buy store. My daughter is also like the the qualities of the items we purchase in best buy store. The employees always helped us pick out he best items we need.

Nice game . Good story . Not as long as the other mafia games. Good graphics. More reasonable price . Got it Black Friday , saved another $20 but still better oriced than a lkt if new games.

I haven’t used it for anything so far other than the initial purchase. I didn’t need to return the items I bought so have not needed to use the extended return window. I did like the peace of mind knowing I had more time if I needed to return the items.

I like my Best Buy membership. It allows me to use the geek squad get extra warranties on the products that I buy.

I pay for this membership because it: • saves me money on products I definitely buy at least once a year -- more money, in fact, than the membership costs. • provides, at times, priority access to products, accessories, and extra discounts. With my usage pattern, this makes sense.

This membership is very useful and offers good value for the price. I like the member discounts and the extra benefits like tech support. It makes shopping easier and gives me peace of mind with my purchases. I would recommend it to others.

For the cost, this membership is a good value if you shop electronics or appliances at least once every couple of months or a few times a year. For many items, I often see a "plus" price that is comparable to Amazon/Target/etc, or better, and often on items that aren't on sale at other places. In addition, I see Plus prices on top of sale prices on many items, giving a very nice discount. I buy most of those types of items from Best Buy if they have what I'm looking for when I need it. Just one Plus savings on an item like TV or refrigerator pays for the membership for a year. The customer service from Best Buy couples with the membership and makes shopping at Best Buy worthwhile. Service in-store is usually good, and online service has been excellent. This is speaking from years of experience purchasing online from Best Buy. Deliveries are quick, and any issues are taken care of right away. Returns in-store are smooth and easy. Almost all of my electronics/appliance purchases are done through Best Buy nowadays, from refrigerator to tv to tablet to computer accessories to small appliances, you name it...there's always a decent selection and often a Plus price to sweeten the deal, along with 2-day shipping (which often arrives in one). They carry more categories of things online than you see in-store, so it's worth shopping online with them when looking for items. The sales and events for Plus members are decent, but I find that I normally go looking to buy things when I need them, which may or may not coincide with a sale event. However, I've gotten a deal from the Plus price often enough that I'll renew it again when it comes up.

This membership is a great value because of the price match guarantee. We bought a LG washing machine last month and the price went down last Friday and we got a refund back because the washer price went down during Black Friday.

For what the membership cost you cant go wrong, paid for itself with the first purchase. Nice having 60 day return on items

From the jump I saved either $50 off a TV or I got this membership free for a year depending on how you look at it. Having said that it has paid for itself two times over on top of that as well. Seeing as the only difference between this tier and the next is automatic warranty coverage from Best Buy (which I will never get and refuse to do for reasons I will not get into to have to do with the industry in general not specifically Best Buy) the deals are nice the savings are awesome and if you shop at Best Buy for a big ticket item once maybe twice a year and know how to deal shop you can easily make back the cost of the subscription and then some.

Made a significant purchase so it made sense to insure it with an added value of membership purchase. I've not had to use it yet, but there is a confidence in knowing it's there if needed.

It isn't necessarily the Buy Plus that deserves four stars, it is the service I received when buying the program. Waited about 30 minutes for an associate to help me in cell phones (I think there were only 2 employees in the whole store). The process of returning the defective phone I purchased and buying a replacement was awful.

Getting this makes me feel a whole lot better especially with getting the return policy. And I get member deals on certain items

I’ve absolutely loved the My Best Buy Plus membership. I’ve been able to find so many good deals, plus protection, that end up making the membership pay for itself!
