I haven't used it to claim the price difference on my purchase yet, only to buy some of the discounted products.

I have brought so many items in the last few weeks that it just makes sense it puts warranties on just about everything I have purchased.

When I went into Best Buy, I needed a computer that I thought was perfect. The representative that helped me looked at what I had chosen. He spent quite a bit of time with me, advising me and showing me the benefits of each model available as well as the monitor. I’m very happy with my purchase. I definitely did not have the right computer picked out. He was very knowledgeable and super pleasant.

I subscribed to a Best Buy membership at the moment of purchasing my laptop during my trip. The salesperson told me that by signing up I would be able to access a series of discounts and benefits right away. However, what they never mentioned was that those benefits wouldn’t be available for the first couple of weeks — exactly the period I was staying in the U.S. As a result, I paid a significant amount of money for a subscription I couldn’t actually use. I feel that the information provided at the time of purchase was misleading, and the product didn’t deliver what was promised. I’m very disappointed with this experience and would appreciate if Best Buy could review this situation and consider a refund for a service that I was unable to benefit from.

I highly recommend getting this when you purchase at Best Buy prices are always going down and if you catch it on time, you can save money. I saved over $300 for 49 bucks as well worth it. Keep checking your purchase after if the price drops they refund it no need to go to the store. Do everything over the phone

Our salesperson convinced us to purchase this membership, claiming it would ultimately save us money when we purchased our new TV. And they told the truth - we were able to use the rewards money to offset some of the purchase price of a Nintendo Switch 2 a few weeks later.

I recently visited Best Buy and had an amazing experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to help me find exactly what I needed. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a wide selection of electronics, appliances, and accessories. I also appreciate how quick and easy the checkout process was. DO not recommend as they bug you every day for buying new stuff. Also, you can only use the Visa cash back card in THEIR STORE &no more gift cards can be purchased in THEIR store either! And they wee sold out of the small appliance i wanted so i had to pay more for what was available!

I really like this membership for all the benefits it gives. I think it's 100% worth it. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

It was worth the cost. I saved money and got rewards. Two things bother me, the way rewards to certs are handled is clunky and has kept me from using them easily. There should be more specials for rewards members and these should be more clearly communicated.

Got an amazing tv screen aside from the purchase in east Brunswick , the customer service was very nice and quick . The line was extremely fast when checking out. I keep on only purchasing there for that reason . Keep up the good work !!!
