I love the nlr ar location.. every time I go in there for computer stuff they actually have someone who is knowledgeable about the things I’m asking and looking for.. had one guy set up with an awesome prebuilt gaming p/c and he was absolutely right on what it could handle.. he even took the time to show and compare a few p/c for wht I was looking for in a p/c and also with the ones that were on sale for a cheaper price as the sales where what I was looking at.. long story short I bought a desktop and a lab top.. iv gone in for upgrades that I didn’t need help with but they had someone there to open a case and they actually had the products I was looking for.. next big purchase was with a completely different employee and he again helped me to the t with finding the particular monitor (49 Samsung qled ultra wide 144hrz 1440p with the 1200r curve.. it said online they had 2 on sale. I get there it wasn’t in the system. I had previously walked around and found 2 boxes down low on a shelf. Told him. We took the time to actually check and scan both boxes. To figure out why they have them yet it says not in stock and see if he could actually sell me one.. both boxes ended up being used returned monitors. He even told what each was missing in the box and or what was wrong with them so I could make the best decision. The one I got was only missing some mounting hardware and well I had mounting hardware for monitors and p/c building. Just needed a single standard screw for the stand with by the way is still not installed Becky’s the stand had no bends or stress and it sits just fine without ( screw will still be added for measure) and it’s missing the beauty cover for the back of said stand that you could hide some wiring in for wire management but the monitor is beautiful.. great job nlr ar location. Oh and with the membership I feel like employees notice fast and they really try and help me out as I stated above they have went above and beyond for me so far. And the deals are great being a member also. %100 would encourage membership especially with the nlr ar location.

I don’t purchase enough for it to be worth it. Benefits are good though for frequent purchasers. We about broke even on the experience. Only purchased it, however, in order to return an item a few days after the very short two week return window.

I really don’t know what’s the membership benefits , not worth the money

Not sure if my previous review went through. When I bought this membership I was assured by the sales rep and the manager that it covered setting up mynew phone. I asked a few times if they were sure because it wasn' listed in the promotion for this membership.when I took it to the Pittsford store, the person who was helping me said the membership didn't cover the set up of my new phone. I explained to him what I had been told at the other store and he was really nice about going ahead and setting up my phone for me.

Didn't really use it and with sales often I don't think the sales with best buy plus stands out much. Extended return policy on big ticket items is good for piece of mind I guess.

Saved me nearly $500 on an xbox controller and a $1000 tv for $50. And i have 3 months to exchange/return if price drops or i dont like it. And its almost black friday

This membership is worth the cost. The extra discounts covers the cost of the membership. The Geek Squad support is greatly appreciated.

I love this membership because if I have any issues; Best Buy will help me with any problem! It may only be $50 per year but it has a lot that comes with it and is worth the money!

Having a Best Buy Plus membership comes in handy to score deals and also get better warranty service. At Christmas season I check the exclusive deals weekly to get that perfect gift.

This membership has paid for itself already. My rewards were used recently on a second purchase, a microwave. Also, needed some support with the settings on the new TV…. so far so good!

I haven't had my membership very long. However, the people I have spoken to about my delivery, have been wonderful people. My delivery was very smooth. The men that delivered and set up my range ( Jeremy and Shawn ) were so helpful, and very polite. I received a "Manuel" but it has no Operating instructions, only how to set up and claen my range. I'm learning how to use the control panel and having to learn what each function does. I contacted Best Buy and told Ruby what i needed. She sent me the Manual but it was the same thing I have. I contacted Whirpool on line but when I entered the model # as requested it said there is no such model. So here I am, trying to learn on my own. Can't imagine why operating instructing are not included with the product. Any help would be great, please.

ITs good to have tithe membership, because I bought two laptops and after a period time they were $200 bucks in discount. So I got $400 back.

I believe there was a price drop on my computer, how do I get the benefit? I don't know if I would recommend this until I see what happens regarding this price drop.⁰

I’m not exactly sure what I get for $50. I don’t buy stuff to return unless it doesn't work ? Salesman said it was a good deal I guess I didn’t realize this was a commitment to pay forever? I guess I will have stop in the store what it is exactly?

We purchased the membership along with a new refrigerator. Turns out the membership paid for itself and paid for the haul away of the old refrigerator. My son's computer screen needed replacing and because we have the membership, the new screen has a warranty. That was a nice surprise!

The team members did a very good job touching on everything I needed to know before going in and didn’t make me feel pressured to subscribing as well. I’m happy to say that I’m glad that I did. It has been a huge help getting things delivered here quickly since I’m constantly busy with work. Getting discounts and good cash back has been awesome as well. Definitely would recommend

I love having options that the membership offers like, if you don't like the product you have 60 days to try it out if you don't like it you can bring it back.
