Seems to be useful if you buy enough from Best Buy

Phil did a good job coming out to my house on assessing what I would need for my audiovisual needs. The geek squad also did a great job. Very friendly, professional and made sure the work was done correctly. The gentleman who programmed my universal remote also did a great job. So far, I am pleased with the experience and it is worth the cost.

I am still unsure on this program but it did save me some money overall on some expensive purchases. My issue is I am not sure if I purchase enough each year to justify the cost.

Phone numbers ae saved in 2 locations. Best Buy had my correct phone number for sales. My phone number for customer support was incorrect. It took a month to identify and correct the problem. This is unacceptable.

This membership is an overall good value, especially when I purchased mine on a deal that essentially made the first year free. I love having better deals constantly at my fingertips, knowing I can search for my desired product on Best Buy and likely beat prices elsewhere. There are extended return windows, which is nice. The only issue I have with this is that the extended return window for Plus and Elite members is no different from standard members when it comes to products you activate. Since this is a large electronics store, I am assuming this applies to a great deal of their products. Due to this, I find that I’ll miss out on the opportunity to price match and save $100. This isn’t a terrible peeve and doesn’t devalue what this does offer, but I do believe that this should provide an extension over the non membership return window.

Haven’t used it so really have nothing to go off of. I hope it’s as good as what they were selling it for if I should ever need it. The question would I recommend it? It’s hard to say I’ve not used it.

Techs/employees are great and helpful which is very refreshing nowadays.

The free 2-day shipping has saved me so much time (and money), especially on last-minute purchases. I also love having access to exclusive member pricing—I’ve already saved a good amount on electronics and accessories I was planning to buy anyway. The extended return window is a nice bonus too. Overall, if you shop at Best Buy even a few times a year, the membership pays for itself. Highly recommend!

Loving this membership! It paid itself off after just one price match on an item I purchased that was offered at a lower price. It was so easy to go online, chat with representative who initiated my refund! Love the special membership deals too.
