It is probably worth getting for the return policy extension. Personal experience is that an open box monitor I purchased is not performing as expected. As I did not have the "paid" membership yet the option to return fell outside window. Lesson, Probably worth having is you are buying electronics that you need for work or other enterprises.

Sales agent we dealt with was awesome. He was extremely knowledgeable about our cell phone purchase. Easily transferred info from old phone to new phone. Price was the best we could find. Definitely an overall great experience.

I haven’t had to purchase electronics in a while up until about a few months ago. I can honestly say that great customer service goes a long way and knowing the products helps making a purchases a lot more easier. I hadn’t planned on opening up new credit card, but this was so worth it. I think this is the first card I had where you really see awesome rewards and it does not take forever to get them. It actually feels good to enter a store and not get overwhelmed and feel pushed into buying things you don’t need. Thanks Best Buy!

I only got the membership because there was a promo where I get a certificate back for the amount that the membership cost. There is not enough value to make it worth it for me. If you find yourself shopping Best Buy a lot and you buy small Best Buy branded items, then you might be able to make it worthwhile.

I think the sales man was kind of pushy and now that Christmas is over, I do not see the reason we bought this as he had been "hearing" there would be a price break which would get a refund/credit towards or account on these purchases

Had very good people at Best Buy and Betty helpful. The only thing that was not good the people that delivered them. But Best Buy are very helpful and understanding
