    I have had nothing but bad luck with the purchase that got me into this. i ordered an oven in October. I was promised delivery before Thanksgiving. Then reordered promising Id have it before Christmas. Then finally promised it by today, January 5. it was to be here between 10am-1pm. not a courtesy call, text or email. no on showed up or called AGAIN! I made several phone calls and was told it would be here by 7pm or someone would call to reschedule. Again not a word. I am still waiting to hear what happened. Why for the third time do I still have no oven? I am so upset. I wasted a day waiting on something that was never coming. I had to pay someone to babysit my two grandchildren because your people said no children in the way. This is the absolute worst customwr service I have ever delt with. Shame on Best Buy. Not one person followed through this sale. Take my monwy and then treat ua like this! Shame on Best Buy. Now what am I suppose to do? I should not have to go through all the mess to talk with someone to find out what happened to my over. someone shpuld be calling mw to explain what ia going wrong. Shae on hou Best Buy. I will surely be letting everyone I know how badly this was handled. I sot here tonight AGAIN with no oven, no explanation as to why and not one person from Best Buy can tell me when will I get my oven? Shame on you! This will definitely be the last time me or any of my family purchase something from Best Buy. Where is my oven and what do I have to do to get it? Please at least explain to me what is going on. again Best Buy should be a shamed. Best Buy is not customer friendly at al!

    It’s a great add on and it’s very useful, it was explained to me in full on how can benefit me and also be a benefit to my purchases now and in the future and it’s been worth it.

    I feel this should be at a lower price. I had serious issues with long delivery and the rules were not explained to me the return policy (14 days) but with this membership I could come in side the store on my day off from work and take care of business (day 15, 16, 17 or 18 days later) This was a big game changer.

    The first person met at Best Buy Framingham was Tessa Artous . I told her that we were replacing our old 40 inch Samsung and she helped me find the OLED TI 42 INCH Samsung. She up the dates for installation and walked me through the process and procedures to install with Geek Squad. She advised me of return policies etc. We received helpful communications prior to the date of installation to prepare for the Squad arrival. Two men arrived and took excellent care in the installation. We couldn't be happier unless it was a free Ha Ha! Tessa was great and so were the team that came that day. Thank you Best Buy.

    The membership is definitely worth it, especially if you buy more than one item every once in a while. The value of the exclusive promotions that are offered to members only has already exceeded the cost of my annual membership for me. The increased return period also lets you make sure every part of the products you purchase are perfect for you. Definitely worth buying if you shop from Best Buy often!

    Membership is a real value, Member prices plus unlimited Geek Squad support are great. The fact that I can get money back on a previous purchase that goes on sale cheaper than I paid is the main part that sold me, and I have I benefited already once before. Also love the peace of mind of getting protection plans on our purchases.

    I only got this as there was a promotion to get $40 rewards on something I was buying anyway - Plus level was $50 so I figured it get at least $10 within the year. 60 day returns is nice, though only as the normal 15 day return period is ridiculous. The Member Only sales have been mid so far.

    Bought our television on line and had it delivered and installed. The installation people were on time they explained everything that was being done. They cleaned up after themselves. They were prompt and courteous. They made sure everything was in working order and answered all our questions. Also the online ordering was easy no lines

    I only purchased the membership so I could get the Jitterbug cell phone for my MIL. I couldn't get the sale without being a member. The employee was great to work with, and explained everything. I would recommend only if you are planning to make a big purchase
