A nice asset if you buy a lot of tech and or are making bigger purchases... I got it when I bought a laptop and kept renewing for the free shipping and occasional vouchers... Not a bad Investment if you think you'll use it...

I always have a good service when I bought supplies for my daughter school include laptop and other supplies. I had a good experiences in best buy store. My daughter is also like the the qualities of the items we purchase in best buy store. The employees always helped us pick out he best items we need.

Very pleased with this! We live in a rural area approx 2 hr drive from any Best Buy Store. Our TV was starting to go & we were in Erie mid Oct & decided to shop for one. We were going to decide what we wanted & wait til Black Friday to order so we could save a few$'s. Salesman told us about paying $50 for this membership & we could get price matched if items went on sale during the next 60 days! Both the TV & soundbar dropped in price & we actually did get the difference in price applied to our account! No gimmicks - no hard time trying to do this. IMPRESSIVE!!! Paid for itself + $300!

Pretty good so far. I haven't received any crazy low offers yet, but the extended return window has helped, as a couple items dropped after I purchased them and I was able to get the difference in cost back easily. Would recommend if you purchase a lot of electronics.

I purchased this agreement when I bought a laptop because the salesperson explained it well and it seemed like a win-win situation. I don't shop even a fraction of what I did years ago for electronics, but he features the plan offers make it well worth it, especially if more purchases are made under the plan. I recently received a renewal notice but with no more TVs or computers to buy for a few years I think I will (slightly regretfully) not renew and let it expire. If I were aware of a few purchases coming up over the next year I would renew without hesitation. This is a great plan for frequent shoppers.

Good for a gaming laptop, its performance is very middle of the road. Only problem i have with it would be thw battery life, you'd be lucky if at 100% it last and 1 1/2 hours of the charger.

Many services today dont even offer 30 day return windows let alone 60. You no longer need to sit and worry about a return deadline when testing to make sure something works for your setup and is to the quality the marketing led you to believe. I’m Glad I did this yearly membership, it saved me some money on my last purchase. Manager Donovan said will they honor my request to put previous purchases points on it as well, as nobody told me there was a membership from the start but I didn’t see anything yet. Bought so many things and feels bad I could have saved from start, I hope someone can address this.
