    Good investment for our lifestyle. Able to recover the annual membership fee via discounts and promos. Main feature is 60 day return window which permits a meaningful evaluation period and ability to purchase gifts without feeling rushed.

    Love how was able to get member price with this reward and go there is 60 days to do price match after purchase. The rewards purchase was very economical just didn’t like that I had to link a card where it auto renews.

    Bought the service thinking it could be give me a fair chance at getting invite only items. I was wrong. At least Best Buy gave me a full refund after less than a month.

    It’s a little expensive, the discounts aren’t fantastic. Honestly though, for being able to return products nearly 60 days later. It’s worth it. I buy a bunch of stuff, might as well make sure I don’t get a bad product

    Getting this membership has been the absolute best decision for my family. Everything we buy has additional coverage and service options. I recently returned my apple purchases to Apple when I realized that Apple Products get two years of Apple Care for free! A great savings on that alone.

    After a year with Best Buy’s membership, I’d say it’s worth it if you shop there often. The free 2-day shipping, extended return window, and exclusive discounts were genuinely useful. I saved money on a few big purchases and appreciated the convenience. However, the annual fee is steep, and some perks feel underwhelming if you're not a frequent tech buyer. If you're only making occasional purchases, it might not be worth it. Bottom line: Great for regular shoppers, but casual buyers should think twice before renewing.

    Not sure if my previous review went through. When I bought this membership I was assured by the sales rep and the manager that it covered setting up mynew phone. I asked a few times if they were sure because it wasn' listed in the promotion for this membership.when I took it to the Pittsford store, the person who was helping me said the membership didn't cover the set up of my new phone. I explained to him what I had been told at the other store and he was really nice about going ahead and setting up my phone for me.

    The TLC television is just the right size for my living room. It has a nice vibrant and clear picture. And the best part is the price.... a very good deal.

    We use the membership to make the purchase of a washer, dryer and TV and easily paid for itself in the long run. We feel this is going to be a great option for us to use.

    I like the value of having the 2 day shipping and priority access to sales and events. I have also saved some money with membership exclusive pricing. If Best Buy is one of your go to places for your tech purchases this is a good value.

    Amazing membership. You could get eqrly access to new products with lower prices and there is no interest on monthly payment. I really liked the customer service too.

    The installation and timeliness went very smoothly. Everything worked well and all the packaging and old tv were removed. I only realized in the next day or so that I had received an instruction booklet. I had questions about certain aspects of streaming and didn’t know all the buttons on the remote. The delivery should include instructions. At the point of delivery you can’t predict what you might not know.

    I purchased a washer and dryer. Upon completion of the sale, Dan, the sales rep, informed that if there was a lower price within two month period that I could call the 1-800-BestBuy line. The person at that number was unable to assist me due to a gliche in the system and instructed me to return to the BestBuy store for assistance. I did visit the store, spoke with Dan and he remembered me. He immediately took care of the situation by calling a Supervisor, Michael, over to assist with the transaction. Because of the excellent customer service and high level of professionalism shown by both, I will be returning to BestBuy in July to make further purchases for my family. I, also, recommended that one of my sisters purchase a washer along with the membership. She was extremely pleased with the service she received from Dan. We are both pleased with the products we purchased as well. We checked other appliance retailers and found that BestBuy offered the better deals. Thank you, Dan, Michael, and BestBuy.     Pretty good deal. Extends the return period which gives you extra time to see if you got a bad item. Early peek at discounts. Worth the money to me.

    Go into the store for help... Don't call

    Tried to get a credit adjustment by phone when calling customer service number and got nowhere and was told I couldn't get the $100 credit due me when my TV went on sale 10 days after I bought it. Had to go back into the store and then they took care of the problem immediately. Felt like they gave me a bit of a runaround...but the store clerk was very helpful and professional...that's why I didn't give 2 stars...
