As someone who regularly shops for the latest tech and trending products, I found the Best Buy Plus Membership to be underwhelming. Most of the items I was interested in weren’t included in the discounts—especially newer releases. If you’re someone who shops for older models or products that aren’t currently trending, you might find some value here. But if you’re expecting major savings on the newest gadgets, this probably isn’t the membership for you. Also, don’t get this solely for warranty coverage—there are better third-party options out there that provide protection or insurance for expensive electronics, often at a more reasonable cost. In short, it’s a pass for me unless you’re shopping for older tech or hoping for minor perks.

I wasn’t sure if the Best Buy Plus Membership would be worth it, but after a few months, I can confidently say it pays for itself. The free 2-day shipping is a game-changer, especially for last-minute tech needs. Plus, getting exclusive discounts on select items has already saved me more than the membership cost! One of my favorite perks is the extended 60-day return window—no more rushing to decide if I want to keep a gadget. It also includes special access to sales and member-only deals, which has come in handy when upgrading my setup. If you shop at Best Buy even a couple of times a year, this is 100% worth it. The savings, convenience, and perks make it a no-brainer.

Membership is a really good deal if you shop at BestBuy! Combine it with their door-buster deals and you’ll even get more discounts! Always ask if there is an on-going promotion and their associates will even stack it either to your yearly membership or purchase.

The My Best Buy Plus Membership has proven to be better than any other retailer “club” and decisively so: the best. Specifically, I am not one to return items, and on the rare occasion that I do, the window to return will have closed. This is especially important in electronics, where two weeks can be too short of a period to gauge the quality of your purchase. With that in mind, and considering the cost of electronics, the membership’s accompanying 60 day return policy, limitations few and far between, has given the peace of mind that is so needed in this day and age. And I stress the peace of mind because the return process is seamless, no hassle, and most importantly, friendly. I actually feel like this is a membership rather than some artificial facsimile to further profit margins. Perhaps I am shortsighted, but so far I feel confident about joining and regardless about whether I am indeed myopic, the membership has paid for itself already via purchases that didn’t quite fit my needs but were outside the scope of the non-membership return policy. I am considering upgrading to the next level of membership when the time comes. Great job Best Buy, I am grateful for your endeavors in improving the consumer experience.

Definately I would recommend the yearly membership. I got a huge discount with it when I bought a second hand mobile. The membership already gave me lots of benefits and Best Buy keep sending me vouchers. Also their membership page so easy to use and you find everything there.

The Geek Squad is irreplaceable and there to help with a smile on their face. Products in store are top notch. Love the choices.
