Disappointed in the business

And they charged me $40 to do that plus tax. I didn't receive any money back for lower prices. I made my full payment on the 1st month. And unfortunately, I was sick, and in the hospital. And I missed the payment by 2 days and you charge me $30. I no longer wish to do business with your store. I've been doing business over twenty years at least.And i'm not satisfied with your customer service
