I wasnt interested when i was first told about the service. I changed my mind when I realized you get more time with the item to see if it's a fit for you. Im a very busy man and have had purchases that didn't work out and i meant to return but id miss the 14 day deadline. I bought a duplicate gift for a friend his pay was postponed an extra week. Having the extended return time allowed me to change the gift with no hassle.

Had to return an item. Dreaded to go through the hassle. It was a fantasic experience. BestBuy personal were extremely nice and the return went like a dream. (GREAT!!)

I get great rewards and discount offers at Best Buy and I save money on Member discounts!

⸻ Review: I can’t say enough good things about my Best Buy yearly membership! It has completely changed the way I shop for electronics and appliances. The exclusive discounts alone have already paid for the membership several times over. Plus, the free 2-day shipping and special access to sales before the general public make me feel like a true VIP. What really stands out, though, is the customer service. Anytime I’ve needed support — whether it’s setting up a device or troubleshooting — the help has been fast, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. It’s also reassuring knowing that I get extended warranties and protection options just for being a member.

Have not had a chance to really use the membership yet since getting it but it did help me with a good price on the new Z Fold 7 that I could not have gotten if I had gone to Verizon(who I have service with).

Using the cell as well as email systems to schedule the installation was messed up. We waited for the servicemen and they were a no show. After the third time we were serviced with two great men with a Mississippi truck. Then the next day or so a Best Buy service man called. Something got messed up. But all in all love my new dishwasher.

Customer service was amazing easy and fast. Both products were actually what I chose. Delivery in time a fast!

The membership adds great value to your buying power. I came into Best Buy on Youree Drive in Shreveport and bought a Macbook Pro. I explained it was for my daughter who is going to Texas Tech university for Pre-Law. He offered that i buy the Best Buy Plus membership. First, it gave me a discount on the Microsoft 365 program that she actually needs for school. Texas Tech uses that program. Second, it gives me options when i make purchase like being able to return an item after 60 days. The list goes on all in all i want to thank the salesman and best buy for offering everything i needed. Thank you.

Grateful that I have the needed security when I need it most. Wish I had this with my last purchase.

The plus membership allows for extended returns and free shipping which has been an invaluable resource considering the modern online shopping trend and for the price, it is something I would consider a necessity for all those holding on to the traditional shopping experience where customer service meets tech knowledge. Signing up for the My Best Buy Plus™ yearly membership was one of the smartest decisions I’ve made. The free 2-day shipping has been a game-changer — I don’t have to worry about rushing to the store anymore. What I love most is the exclusive access to member-only deals. I’ve already saved more than the membership cost on just a couple of purchases. Plus, early access to sales gives me a head start before everything sells out! If you shop at Best Buy even a few times a year, this membership pays for itself quickly. It’s a must-have for anyone who values convenience, savings, and perks!

I mainly got this membership for their Nintendo Switch B2G1 free promos which was great for games that was also up for preorder. On top of that, I really appreciate the 2 month return period. I feel like a lot of the items that are specially priced are mostly not for me (i.e. Appliances). Legos are often (if not all) discounted which is the best way to fuel this expensive hobby. Unfortunately, this membership does NOT give you priority for in-demand items such as Pokemon cards. I have never been able to place any orders with their drop system or for the Nintendo Switch 2 system. I may be wrong but I read somewhere that a customer service rep said we might want to have this plus membership so that we have a better chance of getting these annoying cards in this day and age, but it certainly did not benefit me. Just mindlessly waiting in line until I get notified that its sold out. I don't foresee the B2G1 promotion being applied to the Switch 2 games so I'm afraid I will not renew this year. Maybe down the line I'll return.

The automatic sign up is not justified i feel it's another way for corporations like best buy to make free money from customers without providing aservice it's like a tax a one time fee i can see but to keep it going no way it's that honest business.

The membership is well worth the money it pretty much pay for itself and then some. Very happy that I got it.
