Price match scam
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the membership, but the price match guarantee is a scam. They refused to price match a Samsung fridge I had already purchased. Ironically, I was price matching with Best Buy themselves.

They were supposed to be delivered in 2 days; 10 days later, I was told they would be here between 1-4....we waited until 7, no delivery after being called to confirm I would be here for pickup. THEY WERE NEVER EVEN IN THE WAREHOUSE TO PICK UP! Waited an additional week....no TVS. The outdoor TV was delivered 2 times....horrible damage "in shipment" both times. I ended up cancelling my order. It was the most horrible experience I have ever encountered in trying to buy in a box store locally and not on Amazon or Sam's. But, ordered the outdoor tv from Amazon, it was delivered in 2 days as promised with no broken boxes or screens; bought the other 5 at Sam's Club and no problems whatsoever.

I think they can improve the membership benefits, the deals and offers are often from products nobody wants.
