Great membership if you’re constantly purchasing big items like I am. Even if you rarely buy at bestbuy its a smart investment justbwithbthe savings alone.

I had great difficulty in reaching the appropriate person to get our issues with new installs of gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher addressed. I had to visit your Eden Prairie store to enlist the assistance of the sales person -- who, incidently, was extremely receptive to our needs. I suggest a contact number be provided to give a better experience.

The drone I purchased was bad (I would say defective), and I had to return it, and the total return fee was very high, it was close to one-third of the item price. Restocking for $50 is too high. 1) It should not be that much. 2) I am unsure why I had to pay the restocking fee because the product was low quality. I returned it not because I didn't like it (in terms of taste), but because the product is not functioning well mechanically. Basically, it was not functioning well and was defective, although it was not broken. In this case, I should not pay the restocking fee. I also had to sign up for membership to return it, which cost over $50. I felt like I was taken advantage of by Best Buy. Now I am rethinking buying a product at Best Buy.

Love the membership prices, support, and peace of mind I get when I make a purchase. It pays for itself. I definitely recommend it for everyone.
