If you're making a big purchase it may be worth it depending on what incentives are currently being offered. Ordinarily I wouldn't have bought this but it paid for itself when I bought a new computer. I will probably cancel at the end of 12 months.

I have been pleasantly surprised by this membership experience so far. I get access to helpful personnel and treated as a valued customer! Thank you, Best Buy. P.S. Not to be included in online post...I bought a LG 4C 55" which I'm very happy with. Though, was was so dissapointed that it did not get marked down unlike the 65"+ versions that got drastic markdowns, close to what I paid. Feels like did not get the value I should have.

This is a great value. I didn’t think I was going to like it as much as I do. I like the rewards points, ease in finding out details, longer window of return if necesssary

I have had this membership over 10 years. And I own only a phone and computer but it covers so much more and it is still worth it to me. I mostly love calling best buy with my laptop issue and they fix it right in my own home while i sip my coffee. They link onto your computer and I cannot guess how many times I have used this resource. Friendly , Knowledgeable Geeks are all I have ever experienced. I know that sounds sappy , but it is true. 100% true.

I was a hard sell on a membership but after my vacuum and tv went on the fritz, geeksquad was so helpful and kind in getting them back in working order. I've only been a member a few months and been saved from having to buy all new appliances just on repairs

Just got the plus membership and already seeing benefits. I like the added warranty coverage and quick savings on pricing already paid for itself before I even finished my Christmas shopping!

This is a really good membership. I have really benefited from the 60-day price match benefit part of it because I got it it around Black Friday time but I think it could be good anytime of the year.

John and Jerry installed our LG TV and soundbar. I can recommend this team very very highly. The called to say they were on the way. They arrived exactly on time. They were both extremely courteous and professional. They both exhibited great product knowledge and skill sets. They used their own vacuum cleaner to clean up after themselves. They packed up and removed all of the equipment boxes. We were very pleased! PLEASE GIVE THESES GUYS A RAISE! THEY DO EXCEPTIONAL WORK!!

Getting points and discounts is a no lose situation. And if its not in stock, I can usually order and get ii in a couple of days!

After a year with Best Buy’s membership, I’d say it’s worth it if you shop there often. The free 2-day shipping, extended return window, and exclusive discounts were genuinely useful. I saved money on a few big purchases and appreciated the convenience. However, the annual fee is steep, and some perks feel underwhelming if you're not a frequent tech buyer. If you're only making occasional purchases, it might not be worth it. Bottom line: Great for regular shoppers, but casual buyers should think twice before renewing.

I was extremely happy with the professional service I received from Abby. She was able to resolve my double charge on a TV in 15 minutes. An issue that the credit card company has not been able to resolve in 2 months of many phone calls and paperwork submitted. My last notification from them was that I owed a duplicate billing on a TV I purchased in November. It’s been a mess and a great deal of wasted hours on my part. Service in store is outstanding. Service from credit billing is horrible. So much so that I probably will never use my Best Buy credit card again!

This is a good membership my lqptop had a bit of an issue but i took it and they fixed it in no time
