Highly recommended for a good general purpose TV for the value.

As a regular Best Buy customer, I can confidently say that enrolling in a My Best Buy membership has completely changed my shopping experience for the better.

I am pleased with the membership and the friendliness of the staff - however instead of a gift card that cannot go towards my current purchase - I would have loved something better from being put out without a dishwasher due to shipping and miscommunication.

Good benefits, just don’t get to use them as much as I anticipated

They allow extended price adjustments and product returns. They send out special deals. There is value in having this because if by chance you have a price adjustment on a big purchase like I did, it pays for itself.

I purchased a 43" Samsung tv about a year ago. I specifically asked the sales rep "Do I need a special set up" he replied " No it's just plug and play" It has not been simple. I had no instructions, the TV was not accepting my Comcast input. I have been to your Danvers Store about six times over the past year trying to get help. Your Samsung Expert gave me a solution eg pluging the Comcast cable into the #1 HDMI outlet. (eARC). Then he sold me a sound bar which is only accepted in the same #HDMI 1 outlet. I eventually realized he didn't know what he was doing. After a year of trying I still have problems getting a trouble free connection. five other visits to your store have not resolved this situation. It took me over an hour this morning to connect with the Comcast cable. Samsung corporation has asked me to let them know what sort of help I received, letting them know what service I received at your store.

The My Best Buy Plus Membership has proven to be better than any other retailer “club” and decisively so: the best. Specifically, I am not one to return items, and on the rare occasion that I do, the window to return will have closed. This is especially important in electronics, where two weeks can be too short of a period to gauge the quality of your purchase. With that in mind, and considering the cost of electronics, the membership’s accompanying 60 day return policy, limitations few and far between, has given the peace of mind that is so needed in this day and age. And I stress the peace of mind because the return process is seamless, no hassle, and most importantly, friendly. I actually feel like this is a membership rather than some artificial facsimile to further profit margins. Perhaps I am shortsighted, but so far I feel confident about joining and regardless about whether I am indeed myopic, the membership has paid for itself already via purchases that didn’t quite fit my needs but were outside the scope of the non-membership return policy. I am considering upgrading to the next level of membership when the time comes. Great job Best Buy, I am grateful for your endeavors in improving the consumer experience.

Best Buy’s Plus Membership has been totally worth it. The fast free shipping, extended returns, and exclusive member deals have saved me time and money. I especially appreciate the quick, reliable tech support whenever I need it. If you shop at Best Buy even a little, this membership pays for itself. Highly recommend!

I wish there was more chances for better deals. I barely got my money out of the service last year. Worth it but only if the price stays the same.

Really good menbership no to expensi and Easy yo use

If I purchased they would transfer my phone for me. Things didn't transfer, messages did not at all, etc. I now have two "phones" neither of which work like the one I had on my last phone. It's a mess. I changed from a Moto G to a Razor. Very disappointed with this service.

I didnt think I like it but it provides a lot of peace of mind

I would have given it 5 stars but the first refrig was badly broken in the shipping truck. This first delivery took a month. And then the second shipping took another month+ to finally come. I did appreciated a “loaner” during the wait. The Kitchen Aid refrig is working well. Store personnel were helpful.
