I’m really glad I signed up for the My Best Buy Plus membership. I actually learned about it from a Best Buy employee who took the time to explain the program and all of its benefits to me. I really appreciated that, because it made me realize how much value it could bring, and I signed up right away. Since then, I’ve already noticed how much easier shopping has become. The member prices and discounts save me money, and the free shipping and more flexible return options make the whole process much more convenient. The included Geek Squad support is also a huge bonus, because it gives me peace of mind whenever I buy new electronics. I think this membership is especially worth it for anyone who shops at Best Buy a few times a year or more. It’s already paid for itself in my case, and I feel like I get extra value every time I shop. Between the helpful staff recommendation and the ongoing perks, I’m very happy with the membership overall.

Best Buy price matched the dryer. The customer service online was terrible. The delivery guys dumped the dryer off and didn’t connect it Dumped it in the middle of my hallway blocking my bedroom and bathroom. They said I’d have to get a private contractor even though that was part of buying the membership. So not a good experience.

Decided to try the membership and it actually paid off pretty quickly. Got access to better deals and faster service on a couple of purchases. If you shop at Best Buy more than a few times a year, it defiantly makes sense!

This membership is a very cost effective package, that has came in handy for my tech savvy family. They drop, bump and just sometimes abuse, and without question Best Buy always makes it right because of the membership.

I was buying a new PC for my my son. It was $1900 The cashier asked me if I wanted to purchase the membership for 50 bucks which at the time I really didn't want to spend the money but they told me when this PC will go on sale and whatever the sale price is I will get the difference from what I paid and sure enough a week later it went on sale. I got $267 cash back, which was awesome in the long run. This membership is worth it.

This membership has come in handy so many times. I work in the field of tech, and sometimes a computer or piece of hardware can show true issues after a couple weeks. With Best Buys’ service, you can schedule a consult for a diagnostic. They also give you up to 60 days to see if the product is the right one for you. It’s worth the one time charge each year!

The young salesman was familiar with iWatches and fully answered all my questions about several versions of the watch. He asked if I was familiar with the Best Buy Plus membership. There is no Best Buy where I live in Fairbanks, Alaska. He took extra time to share the benefits of membership. He clearly said if the price should drop in the future 2-3 months that I would receive a refund coupon of up to $400 from my purchase and so it sounded good to me and I purchased the top of line Apple iWatch and the membership plan.

This membership is definitely worth it. I've saved money with member pricing and extra perks making shopping easier and stress-free. it's nice knowing I'm getting good deals and support when I need it. I use it more than expected and would recommend It to anyone who shops at Best Buy often.

The benefits of the plan are definitely worth it. I am so glad I had this plan when I broke my laptop. If I wouldn't have had the 60 day return policy, I would have been out of luck. I got a Sony tv and love the quality, best buy is a great place to buy a big screen tv, just to be able to recycle a tv or have it installed by them is hands down nobody else is better!. The sales people are very knowledgeable, my bravia 8#2 is so much of an upgrade to my old mini led tv.
