    Misinformed by Sales Associate

    I was told by the sales associate that the Dyson Airwrap goes on sale so frequently (every 1-1/2 to 2 months for up to $200 off, he said) that it was due to go on sale again soon and that I should buy the membership so I’d be eligible for the adjustment. I check every other day, and it hasn’t gone on sale, and the 2 month deadline is coming up. Very disappointed and feeling ripped off. The membership might be of use to others, but it hasn’t been for me yet.

    Members prices plus longer return period make it worth it. Would recommend as long as you're not putting things on a credit card. Buy stuff, pay it when the bill comes. Don't fall into the interest trap.

    Bought as hedge against potential price drop when purchased new computer. Computer went on sale 3 weeks later and credit offset the plus price and an additional $50+ so worthwhile just for that!

    The sales man lied to me on how the program worked

    Its a great program, but im giving it 1 star because the person who sold me this program lied to me about what exactly it is. I was tight on money but felt pressured to get it due to deals i wanted to get, and money that would come back to me. I wanted a tv that was consistently being sold out during black friday, the sales man on the phone told me if i get this program i can get the tv up to 2 months after at the black friday price, he also told me a 800 computer i bought a month earlier would get $50 back which would cover the price of the plan. I went back in with in a week to get the tv i wanted price matched at the black friday price and they said it dont work that way, only works for items i already bought, and then i tried getting the price match on my lap top i got to get $50 returned on my best buy credit card, and they said it dont work on items i bought before i got the membership plan. I was so mad, cause i only got it because of those 2 reasons. I have been able to use the perks with a tv i bought for a 60 day return, but tbh i cant guve more than 1 star because i didnt get it for that purpose, i felt lied to, and next time i will ask multiple people before settling on something just to make sure they are telling the truth or are trained well enough to explain it in detail. I would reccomend it though, cause i was able to get the return done and got access to 3 day specials

    Great for someone who shops at best buy a lot and good for services such as if you're replacing a screen protector, and good to know I'm first to know if a lot of deals on video games and accessories! Plus the customer service is very nice and patient!

    This membership has paid for itself already. My rewards were used recently on a second purchase, a microwave. Also, needed some support with the settings on the new TV…. so far so good!

    The experience I received when entering a Best Buy store was great. An employee greeted me at the door and asked me if I needed any assistance. I told him what I wan looking for and he escorted me to another staff member to help me. Then the individual directed me to the area where the products were located. They made my shopping experience a great experience.

    We had previously ordered an OTC Microwave at Best Buy but we canceled it after a day. We searched in other places and did not find our unit to purchase. We returned to Best Buy and met one of your employees who took us slowly through the process of choosing from several that he patiently showed us. Finally he found with within our price range and with the proper dimensions. He was kind, patient, helpful and not persistent that we buy what he suggested. We made the choice with his help. We know we will always check with Best Nuy for items we need mainly because we are very happy and completely satisfied with the kind and knowledgeable guidance of your employee. Thanks so much.

    Best Buy Buying Experience

    When I applied for a Best Buy credit card, which I HAD to do, to take advantage of their 10% price discount, on a $5K TV, my credit was locked. So, after going through all those gyrations, unlocking it, I had to re-apply. In the mean time, they had placed the purchase, on my Discover card, so that had to be cancelled, and the charge placed, on the BB card. After about 10 useless calls, and multiple emails, I finally got it all taken care of. You cannot call a store sales person, or a store supervisor - you will wind up in India, or Philippines. How ridiculous! Over a period of about 2 weeks, and multiple 80 mile round trips, to meet with salesmen, and store managers, we finally got it all straight. No sane person wants to go through all this hassle, just to get the best price. Just give us your best price, to begin with.
