This new membership plan is just ok. I don't really like it very much because you all took away the points systems where you accumulated points that was a dollar value that you could use on purchases. Now I get it you have discounts that are for the Plus members only but the old system allows you to use your points on any item in the store.....

Help and support is hit or miss - sometimes helpful, sometimes rude, sometimes nothing much at all. Support is overseas-based, so complicated situations require more time and more explanations. If you shop at Best Buy frequently, you may be able to get some better prices. The extended return period is nice, as well as the longer price guarantee.

Would not purchase anything without this membership just membership is amazing and gives you a peace of mind knowing that you're well protected on anything that you buy.

None of your employees would help me put the 65 inch tv in the back of my truck and I’m 75 years old with a brace on my left knee and luckily a man volunteered to help me and tied it down. Tv made it home safely….

It’s worth taking a membership as it enables us to return the product window by 90 days and it gives discount sometimes

The membership gives you more protection than if you don’t have it. The protection extends to 60 days of price match guarantee if the item is reduced. That in itself is pretty good. Also, the ease of returns/replacement is worth it. As long at the notifications do overwhelm.

The Best Buy Plus membership helped me a lot even if I barely used it! I got an amazing deal on suitcases for my whole family, which shows that the membership is not just limited to electronic devices, but a plethora of things. Although I found myself not purchasing from Best Buy often, it was amazing to hop onto the app and see the cool deals they offer.
