I was indifferent about receiving a one year membership for this with the purchase of my laptop. Unfortunately I didn’t check into some of the perks for a few months after receiving it and wasted that time. There are many perk and deals that I think would offset the cost of the membership and I’m definitely considering renewing it for this coming year.

Has good deals if you happen to be in store or online at the right time. My MacBook was 50 dollars off thanks to this membership, although the higher tier membership with free Apple Care would have been even better. I had the Plus at the time and enjoy the savings and it paid for itself the same day that I got it pretty much.

The value of the membership is great for purchasing the product you want and services. We had the Geek Squad install two TV’s, set up and go over how to use the products we purchased. We called several times to have the Geek Squad to come back and go over some questions we had and show us how to change the settings. Ask for Teddy and Gabriel they were very knowledgeable on all issues and very supportive of our needs.

I normally don't purchase memberships, but this has paid for it self already. I saved $150 just on one item and $10 on 2others and still have the $50 points.

What a great deal this was, bought a tv and new range, was able to save almost $200 between the two by signing up for the Best Buy membership, so virtually it was free for us. Great deals and free delivery, can’t ask for anymore than that

Returned a tv with that was in satisfactory. No problem making the return. Purchased another tv too installed by the geek squad. Hopefully this will produce a better outcome.

Giovanni and Marcos were amazing! They were super patient and even assisted me with deciding on which pair of AirPods to purchase. They were both kind and understanding of what I expressed my needs to be in a new pair of AirPods. They explained the Best Buy Plus membership options extremely well; so well that I didn’t want to leave the store without one! I’m looking forward to making more purchases from this location and with the team.

This seemed to be a good deal but……. We purchased a tv and we’re waiting the two weeks to be delivered. The day before the delivery date given us in store it was pushed back three more weeks. NOT ACCEPTABLE! Canceled order and purchased the same tv for $700.00 less from an another store. Bad customer service that can’t speak English and the store doesn’t have a phone to speak with employees to help you. Bad business practices all around.

Greatest place to get a new TV and the greatest help possible explaining the different variations and reasons for viewing and how you view your TV setup and whats ideal for you i appreciate Best buy and the staff for the purchase
