I give it a good rating; the staff member's attention was good and friendly but very slow. I think they should improve their customer service.

I upgraded my membership to see what other deals I might benefit from. So far, I've gotten great deals at bestbuy with my card and my rewards.

Best Buy was very helpful w/my issue, they fixed my phone issue w/o any questions, prior verizon location sold me a phone told me they would download all my prior info loaded on my phone n they lied.. 90% of Icons were not there anymore! Couldn't even use my phone, I'm serious! Sales tech apparently was LAZY! Bott6om line.. Thanks Best Buy once again..Rob

Second service rep that waited on me was very knowledgeable and professional and explained the items and details and was patient and assisting knowing me different products that best suited my needs, on what I was looking for. However the membership didn't offer computer setup okay

Really good subscription, my kids and husband are into technology so having a subscription that can help me buy more expensive products for my family really helps. Also making the payments is easy and comfortable. Really recommend grabbing this membership.

I thought this membership made a lot of sense for things like electronics as there were incentive kickbacks as well as extended return windows on TVs from 15 to 90 days. Overall it was a good membership; however, the rotating offers didn't line up with what I was shopping at the time making it less valuable in my opinion.

I love my new game it is fun and interesting. A twist on normal shop games. Although i am disappointed in the shipping. I paid to get it early instead of doing the free shipping. It came late. I received it on the day free shipping would have had it here. So i am angry that i had to pay for shipping if i didn't get it any earlier.

I bought the basic member plan 1st. But then I bought a new computer and repaired my old computer. So service agent suggested upgrading to Premium plan since it would cover the diagnostic and repair on my old computer. So it really worked out right away. But now I will have the added benefit to build a service relationship with BEst buy throughtout the year. Only negative was on geek squad. They did repair my old pc well and set up my new computer. But they reinstalled and upgraded microsoft office/one drive for me and forgot to update numerous settings that were disconnected due to this approach. Had to reconnect by HP printer and noticed all my excel files were now xlsw not xls.

Things are not made like they used to be so I really like my protection plan. If the items I buy do not hold up, Best Buy will fix it for me. They automatically add my warranties when I make a purchase so that I don't have to locate them and they answer any questions I have. I even earn discounts on future purchases when I buy the items I want.

saved me alot of $ during blabk friday sale. I was able to get free dilivery and removl of old washing machine.

Have not had a chance to really use the membership yet since getting it but it did help me with a good price on the new Z Fold 7 that I could not have gotten if I had gone to Verizon(who I have service with).

The staff member that dealt with was very thorough to make sure that I understood my options with my home computer. He gave me several options and I was satisfied with the outcome. Earlier I purchased a new desk computer and recently I purchased a new computer. Best Buy is going to transfer my memory to my new computer. Thank goodness that Best Buy is near my home. You guys are gresat. I am turning 83 next week and I could have not figured out the system if it were not for you!! Thank you again. Linda B.

The My Best Buy Plus annual membership gives you perks like free 2-day shipping, exclusive member prices and extended returns for a year — great if you shop frequently, but the value depends on how much you use those perks.

I’m really glad I signed up for Best Buy Plus. The free shipping alone makes it worth it—I never have to worry about extra costs when ordering online. The member-only discounts are a nice bonus, and I’ve already saved money on a couple of big purchases. What I like most is the peace of mind. Knowing I get extended return windows and faster customer support makes shopping stress-free. It feels like Best Buy really takes care of its members. If you shop at Best Buy regularly, Plus is a no-brainer. It quickly pays for itself and makes the whole experience smoother and more rewarding.

Having this membership really does have a lot of beneficial options to it. The fact that you have 60 days to return, something is phenomenal. It gives you enough chance to actually see if you like the item and if you don’t like it, you can return it, but you have enough time to find out. To return window to and price matching ability is also a big bonus! 60 days and the item goes on sale you get the difference wonderful! Geek squad attention if needed is an absolute bonus too!

I am new Membership holder and I couldn’t be happier with all of the benefits that are connected to the account! From all the points to all the savings, this membership has been well worth it. Having the app makes everything much more accessible and it’s very easy to understand as well!

Great if you intend to purchase other items. I was informed when I purchased this I would receive $100 into the account I used to purchase it. Instead I received $100 in gift certificates and only after I called several times. Deceiving in attempt to get you to purchase this.

I’ve made purchases totaling $6,872 and saved $570 thanks to membership perks like discounts and exclusive deals. The savings are significant, and I appreciate the benefits like early access to sales and free shipping. However, to stay competitive with other retailers like Amazon, I’d recommend a few enhancements:     1.    Price Matching Beyond Purchase: Offering extended price-matching windows to ensure I get the best deals.     2.    Loyalty Rewards: Tiered benefits or cash-back options for high-spending members.     3.    Faster Shipping: A guaranteed delivery timeline could rival Amazon Prime’s convenience.     4.    Exclusive Inventory: More unique or early-release items for members would add extra value. Overall, the membership has saved me money and added convenience, but a few additional incentives could make Best Buy my go-to retailer for every purchase.

Not actually sure what I get from it, I would like someone to tell me before it says his expires, which is today. Please tell me what the perks are.
