Service person got me with this Me and my daughter went there lookin to get a prismatic pokemon etb since all these scalpers are reselling for rediculous prices he stated customers with the yearly memebership get priority pre order for an etb im guessing he lied because ive received no notifications for it so for what its worth guess its ok.

Haven't used the service yet. The washing machine is functioning properly that was purchased.

It seems like a good deal but I'm already using a subscription like Amazon Prime, so I'm not sure where I'm getting any deals from this one since I'm limited to electronics and appliances. This came as part of a promotion to purchase something else, buying the Plus membership, which brought down the price of the item I was buying, but now I'm temporarily locked into a subscription for both things until I cancel, and I'm not a fan of subscriptions.

I went to the store to purchase an unlocked phone. I originally thought I'd just take it and do the backup and data transfer with activation myself. And wow am I glad I didn't. Had some issues that were taken care of by the staff in store only because I purchased this membership. I look forward to the savings I might experience having the membership.

I don't like add-ons or extra charges. I also don't like a mere 15-day return policy, especially for items that take time to evaluate. 30-day or even more is best, but I found that this was worth it for me this year. Why? This year purchases included nice bookshelf speakers (I needed more than 15 days to compare them to a different brand I got elsewhere), 3 laptops (if you're busy like me, I need more than 15 days to evaluate). Given pricing and availability, Plus made sense. It's for a year, but you can turn it "on" and "off" (pro rated usage). It was handy for the bookshelf speakers (I actually returned the brand I got at Best Buy, nice to have had more time to return). I turned Plus "off" quickly so it cost me next to nothing. Then my wife and 2 kids off-to-college needed laptops. Best Buy prices were competitive, so I signed back up for Plus, and have kept it for 2-3 months. It saved my bacon once or twice as we worked the gear out. Then I found I needed more kid-college-tech and a couple of backup SSDs for 2 new pc's I built in spring, as well as for a mac: Plus to the rescue once again, gave me the time I needed to make sure the gear worked and was what I needed. So, once a skeptic, now I'm not so grumpy about extra bucks for a longer return period. I can be worthwhile.

The real value to this membership is a few times a month member deals become available which allows you to get products at really good prices. I will buy toys throughout the year at great prices and use them as Christmas/birthday gifts.

A year ago I got my Best Buy Card and I bought some Sonos speakers for my entire home and my yard. I was skeptical about the sound quality and how effective they would be in such large spaces. I had this membership for a year and bought many things with it, but most of the sales were not exclusive to the membership and I did not save that much money because of it. I was able to price adjust and return items within an extended period of 60 days which did help, but this period should be extended to 6 months with the membership. I did get $10 credit once every two months to spend with the membership. One instance I did not like was when Best Buy sales representatives were lying to customers, claiming that if they purchased or already had the Best Buy plus membership, they would get early access to pre order nvidia 50 series graphics cards. This did not happen and many people were upset with this and refunded their memberships.

I am so glad we chose this membership! The laptop I purchase went on sale $250 less than what I paid for it. Which paid for getting the discount discounted rate plus $50. And then again we bought a television set under the same program and it also went on sale and we were able to get refunded for that amount.

The product is truly amazing, it is the one i really wanted with all the features i have been wanting to have and to use. Quality wise is absolutely guaranteed.
