The biggest benefits of the Best Buy membership in my opinion has to do with return windows but also the special membership deals. Unfortunately, because we spend more than enough money at Best Buy annually, we used to receive those perks for free every year ... just for reaching the required thresholds of dollars spent at your store. So I cannot say that spending $50 for a benefit that used to come to us "for free" is really of any value other than saving us from having return windows close too early.

I saved more than the cost of the membership on one item alone when Best Buy had an item I wanted and the sale price was for members only. There definitely good deals and special sales to take advantage of the membership.

This membership is overall great value, the perks are amazing and widely accessible.

I bought this thinking I would save but really have not. Most of the deals are on their high price items in an attempt to get you to buy those instead. I will not be renewing at the end of the year. I have bought several costly appliances this year from Best Buy and did not get any good deals because of the reward program

This membership has a great value if you know how to use and are always looking for options. It is very useful to buy stuff before big holidays discounts like Thanksgiving, because the store will match the price even buying it before the discount comes. I’ve also used it for car equipments installation. Money well spent!

The sales people talked me into this by using the ploy that the computer I bought was going to drop in price and therefore I would get a refund. Saw it happen, but they said it was a third party seller so they wouldn't match the price, even though it was one of their third party sellers. What a scam.

It’s been a huge help while upgrading my tech setup and managing family needs — especially during big purchases like my MacBook Pro. Definitely gives me peace of mind knowing I have extra protection and support if anything goes wrong.

So far everything has been great, from enrolling the My Best Buy Plus program up to using the app and searching for deals and products. Easy to handle and discounts are very good! I had few expectations and was impressed!

Definitely worth the value, I’d only $50 a year. I enjoy getting discounts on a wide variety of items when I need them and all the perks that come with having the membership.

The gentleman on the phone was very accommodating and explained several new nuisances that have evolved with the Best Buy Membership. I dropped our membership because there didn’t appear to have the same benefits as previously. I was forced to renew recently to facilitate a coffee maker return. The membership doesn’t seem to work as previously.

This membership is a real value. Member prices, plus unlimited Geek Squad support are great. Also, love the peace of mind of getting protection plans on our purchases.

I like my rewards for being a member, I just cant use it the way I want due to finances, but I still utilize the lower prices for the members when I can .
