I would highly recommend this lap table to every one

To be honest, I wasn’t incredibly thrilled about it, and I thought I would receive a lot more savings than I did and if I would’ve known that, I was gonna have to pay renewal fees I would’ve canceled. I wasn’t given notice that the membership was up so after it was done, I simply didn’t want to go through the motions of trying to get a refund. I have noticed that the products that I usually buy on a regular basis are either out of stock or I can find cheaper on websites like Amazon and Newegg, etc..

Some times you pay for a membership but not sure of the benefits. I returned a printer twice because my MacBook was six and the printer needed a minimum of 11. THE CLERK ACCEPTED my printer because I had a 4 year return policy and I went to a received a new printer of my choice. I had almost a $100 worth of cartridges but could get them out. A geek employee was in the area and he took the time to retrieve the cartages . The one issue I seem to have issues with is to find help or a method to call for assistance.

I love this membership specially their price match. I went to buy a $4000 TV and the price of the TV went down to $3000 a month later and I got a refund of $1000. It’s well worth it

Normal membership and credit card. Bonus points accumulated from purchases were good. It is a shame that you do not allow sales support via phone to a local store.

This membership is a real value. Member prices, plus unlimited Geek Squad support, are great. Also, love the peace of mind of getting protection plans on our purchases!

This membership is excellent. It covers the warranty on purchased items for 60 days, and they give you a percentage of your purchase back, which can be used for future purchases. In short, it's magnificent, and I recommend it 100%.

So when I bought my first TV Sony Bravia 8, the sales person recommended Best Buy Plus in order to be able to exchange it within 60 days. After about 30 days I realized that this is not really the TV that I wanted and I wanted the LG G4 instead. So I just did the return. I had to pay the extra for the G4 but it was well worth it.

I like the member price notification and email and free geek support.

In the moment when I bought this tablet, I truly was happy to have Best Buy card so i can afford and buy best quality and get best offer ever. On 11/7/24, at the Best Buy in Tinley Pk I had an awesome experience with both Steve the sales rep and Tie & Renee of the Geek Squad. They were so helpful they went above and beyond to help install and get my new Apple iPad ready for use. I am a 68 year old woman, Not very tech savvy at all, but do enough to accomplish all my needs. They were so helpful, Patient, In downloading all of my purchases to my new iPad.
