I like he idea of belonging to an service group. I ended up choosing Best buy because of a good price point. I signed up for their membership because it offered even more discounts on top of their already friendly price. Since then I have purchased my laundry units as well and it was awesome. Even though their site said the my choice was on backorder, hrs associate found a way around it. I had my appliances installed in less then a week. Since I am a member I didn't have to pay for installation fees either. Very happy with the value their membership provides. I will be a customer as long as their service quality holds up.

Amazing customer service in store. Bought 2 open box 75” TVs, and sound bar. Would definitely recommend the Spartanburg South Carolina store.

Its worth it for the extended return window alone to be honest.

I was told by 2 different staff members that I would receive a $50 gift certificate that would never expire. Instead, I have only 30 days to use it.

I love this membership. It is worth the cost just for the extended return policy. I also buy all of my large electronic purchases from Best Buy.

I'm really happy with our new fridge. It's just the space we needed. The only downfall is when they were installing the handles they scratched our door. Best Buy was responsive and I had an appt for replacement for 2 weeks out. But now it's been pushed back twice and two appts have been cancelled, our part now is not available until potentially end of November when originally it was available. That is a major downfall of having 4 hr windows and waiting around for nothing. Otherwise, we like our fridge,

We have already reieved more than our costs to join on the first purchase. And the benefits when purchasing are still nice.

It helped assist with a return of laptop but i havent seen any other purpose yet.

The peace of mind and security having the membership available in case of anything is great. Having access to that help is amazing

I would recommend it just for the fact that it gives you 60 days to return in case anything happens with any product. It comes with other features that are worth it for sure.

I get the best discounts and deals with this membership especially with the price match I bought a LG TV a while back and it went on sale for 200 bucks less than I paid for it and with one call I was credited the difference on my Best Buy card awesome !!! Any questions I ever have are easily answered and customer service is great

I never seen a membership with a lot of things that it offers but honestly it helps save money extremely well but if you have no technical issues at all there is no need for geek squads and if you don't shop a lot for expensive items at BestBuy then you have little use of this but I will say that BestBuy has a lot of save sales and price drops so if the item you bought goes down in price you will get the money back which is really good.

Your rating for the my Best Buy plus is nothing to brag about. I tried to get some help about the computer I bought from youn but was denied because I don't have geek squad
