It's very convinient and accurate on everything, customer service is amazing specially at The Avenues store in Jacksonville, employees are extremely helpfull very knowladgeble, amazing experience on every visit.

When entering the store was able to be assisted on the spot and given directions to the item needed. And at checkout was greeted with a smile and was able to access my rewards and easily applied to the purchase.

I am so pleased with the My Best Buy Plus membership. I have saved way more in the last few weeks than the membership cost - that's a great value. I saved money by getting the special Member pricing and love that the price adjustment is good for 60 days. I can make my purchase now and enjoy what I'm buying without thinking about if I should wait for a better price. I am super pleased with this membership - 5 Stars!

although the order was not delivered on time when i ask assistance from customer service they did an excellent job. it was surprise gift but got delayed. all good

Im glad that i used their best buy card for the appliences i needed. Thankful that im able to support my family and pay slowly with no interest for a whole year! Servixes were great for almost all the appliances, except when buying my laptop. Electronic guy would have lost my sale if it wasnt for my husband being proactive. This employee literally answered in close ended answers. Not such a big help.

We just bought all the major appliances we need for our kitchen renovations and we saved with the membership. This is definitely a plus!

I got good discount on my MacBook using this membership. I didn't shop a lot in Best Buy, so for that part my membership was largely unused.

local store had no follow up on purchase, delivery person showed up with ice maker line but not refrigerator when Best Buy emails showed total product for delivery I tried but could not call the local store- The corporate phone call told me to drive to the store as local stores do not accept calls what kind of local business won't let you call them so I had to drive down to find out what was going on.I will never again purchase from a "local store" that you cannot call about 2 days later we got our delivery straightened out Even the sales person would not help after the sale.

It's a very good subscription and offers great benefits for shopping.

If you shop BestBuy a lot for electronics and accessory use. It is worth getting their membership program. It is a win-win benefit when you shop. Perfect for techy guys like me..

Normally skeptical of membership and extended warranties. However this has paid for itself over the holiday season very quickly. We returned a manufacture defective TV outside a 2 week window effortlessly. Have used it for special pricing on soundbars and feel good about 60 day period to make sure everything works well together. If you are planning on updating theatre or living room entertainment electronics all at once, I would sign up beforehand and use to make your series of purchases easier.

It was fantastic, I would recommend it to my friends. The customer service was also very patient and helpful.

You could never get hot new products because they’re constantly sold out. They should be put behind the membership so that we bots don’t buy them all up and scalp them! Took away free in-home TV mounting. That was a huge reason why I would never give up this membership. To be honest, it’s just an OK membership. It’s nothing that you should really be wasting your money on unless you have a reason or a product that pops up every once in a while with a discount.
