I am still in the process of installing/using my new products and services, as I had a stroke. This visit to Best Buy for an IPAD and ALEXA was the smartest thing I have done for myself in years. I will avail myself of the Best Buy services to get me going, and already Know that my life will be so much simpler once I am able to enjoy it every day. Nothing better than finding the BEST products and letting the out of date junk just go away. My time is so much better used. Thpatiently ank you, Daniel, at Best Buy, who helped me with my purchases! I will soon return for two more necessary items! This young man is not only very knowledgable, but knows how to explain things very very well. He truly understands Customer Service. After a Light Stroke, I was a bit slow in understanding how things work together. This man is my Hero.

The service we received when we bought our new TV was outstanding. The guys connected us not only to our HOA source but to our commercial one as well, and showed us how to easily switch back and forth- not an easy thing to do when dealing with a pair of electronically impaired 70 year olds!

I have only seen the benefit of my membership when I first signed up. The “member price” was available on the product that I purchased. The amount of savings was equal to the cost of the membership so it made sense to sign up. But ever since I received that discount I have not seen it on any other products I attempted to purchase. I would recommend this membership for anybody making big ticket item purchases such as TV’s and apple products. With me recently moving into a new apartment and purchasing new TV’s and various technology items the membership has proved beneficial.

Great Experience!! We had bought a laptop and it went on sale so we went in for a price match and were taken care of.

The entire experience was disappointing. I went in to see a product advertised at a certain price only to be told it was out of stock. I prefer to buy local rather than purchase anything on Amazon, but in the end it felt like a bait and switch.

I think this is well worth extra insurance especially If I have several TVs, iPhones, and now car audio.

The My Best Buy Plus membership is a great value, if you buy electronics and household goods. You will get your money's worth plus some. I like the member only specials and clearance items that are for members only. I have saved a lot over the past year, I will be renewing for sure.

probably the best membership at a store I’ve ever heard of, the deals from here just leave every other store in the dust and on top of that it allows you 60 days instead of 30 to return your items if anything goes wrong
