I had recently bought a new computer from Best Buy. Unexpectedly I ended up in the hospital and never got to set my computer up until after the fifteen day return policy expired. Upon setting up my computer, we found out it had major hardware corruption issues. Not knowing what to do, I asked Best Buy for advice. The manager, Collin not only took care of the problem, but I got some money back since the computer was now on sale. He signed me up for the Plus plan which now gave me more time to see if any more problems arose with my NEW computer that he had shipped to me the same day! On a Sunday! I was so overwhelmed by his kindness, I cried. In a crazy world, this young man was tops!! Top rating for his service and his human kindness !! And now I am getting a 25.00 reward toward purchases. I have this plan for a year and will never go without it again!

Everything has been well with the Best Buy Plus membership, the team is supportive and helpful and everything has been easy, the sales are nice too.

Good for a gaming laptop, its performance is very middle of the road. Only problem i have with it would be thw battery life, you'd be lucky if at 100% it last and 1 1/2 hours of the charger.

It works like any other credit card, you spend money.. you pay that back. However there is something genius that Best Buy did that reeled me in. Instead of only having the option to spend wherever or spend in store only, I can choose between those 2 options. To me that was crucial. Instead of being able to buy whatever whenever, thus using all that money way to soon, I chose in store only and have gotten mostly things I need, with the exception of a few splurges. Plus the ability to do payments per item, which admittedly I still don’t fully understand. From my understanding, you can use the card on anything in store and online through Best Buy. If you go with the use anywhere option, my assumption is you can literally use it anywhere. Now with that said, using in store comes with perks, I’ll go ahead and assume those perks don’t apply at another store. This is a great option for a credit card. Work as you’d expect and I haven’t had anything happen behind the scenes that would make me want to stop using it. I buy, I pay back. Super simple!

I got this membership for the money back it offers from making a big purchase. The membership is good but I don't like that I have to pay tax separately and I don't like that I have to purchase something that is over the cost of the money back I have from the membership. What I mean by this is, I had $75 back from making a big purchase so I intended to use part of that on a ps5 game. Upon taking the $20 game to the register, I was told that I had to purchase something at least $25 because the $75 was split into 3 segments of $25 each so once I did that, I still had to pay tax separately. But overall despite that experience, I think the membership is a good idea if the customer is planning on going back continuously. My last opinion on the store is, a lot of the items are the exact same on Amazon but cheaper. This doesn't really have anything to do with the membership but it is prop important for y'all to know.

unfortunately, I couldn't keep anymore my membership because of financial reasons not related to Best Buy... in this mean time I was able to purchase excellents items and staff were really cooperative and expert. I hope in the future regain the membership status and also hope to find better options and a cheaper membership

Good plan if you frequently shop at Best buy or buy high ticket items

I purchased this membership earlier this year, and it’s been totally worth it! I’ve saved a lot of money on new products and regularly received updates about exclusive sales events through email. The discounts and special offers have really made my shopping experience better. Highly recommend this membership to anyone who loves good deals and great savings!

So far it has been nice, but I also am annoyed that I had to pay a fee to receive the best price available with free returns. I feel swindled. This is a service that used to be expected with loyalty to purchasing from companies that pledge to take care of their customers. Now these memberships are just telling their customers that they’ll only seemingly make a bad situation right IF and only if you pay the $50 membership. It’s just a money grab. I won’t be paying for this after this year. I only signed up for it because i believe the profit would decrease in price within 60 days of purchase. This used to be a given with good quality customer service, now you have to buy your way into a club, so it’s only for those who have the extra funds sitting around to afford it. If you can afford it, then you get no customer service and no backing. That’s a crap message to send to your typical customer who buy one big purchase per year.

The benefits are solid—especially the free shipping and extended returns—but unless you buy high-ticket items regularly, you might not see the value. Some 'Member Only' deals are just okay, and you can find similar prices elsewhere if you look hard enough. It's a great program if you're loyal to Best Buy, but for a casual shopper, the $50 yearly fee might not be worth it every year.

I have high hopes that this subscription is going to be well worthy it. Haven’t used yet.

I always have a good service when I bought supplies for my daughter school include laptop and other supplies. I had a good experiences in best buy store. My daughter is also like the the qualities of the items we purchase in best buy store. The employees always helped us pick out he best items we need.

Got a xbox series x with memory expansion plus a switch 2 saved some money. Employee was super helpful and professional. Will definitely shop here from now on for electronics.

I signed up for the Best Buy Membership and overall, I’ve been very happy with the benefits it provides. The program offers exclusive discounts, early access to sales, and free shipping on most items, which is really convenient. I’m Glad I did this yearly membership, it saved me some money on my last purchase. Manager Donovan said will they honor my request to put previous purchases points on it as well, as nobody told me there was a membership from the start but I didn’t see anything yet. Bought so many things and feels bad I could have saved from start, I hope someone can address this.

I am glad I have the Best Buy membership. I bought a laptop recently from BB as always (previously I bought 4 laptops from BestBuy). The laptop was heavy and was getting too hot and I wanted to replace it with a lighter one and one that doesn’t get hot. This agent helped me find a replacement laptop and I hope it works well for me. Thank you BestBuy.

This yearly membership as well worth it because I got $50 off my first purchase, which was the cost of the early membership and then all of the other benefits as well!

This membership was something I did not know I needed. I accidentally added it to my cart when I was checking out and it made my total checkout price go down! I was in shock because you would never think adding something would take the price down. I looked further into the benefits that the membership came with and it was a no brainer that I should get it. Can’t believe an accident caused me to get an amazing membership. Glad it happened!

I bought the basic member plan 1st. But then I bought a new computer and repaired my old computer. So service agent suggested upgrading to Premium plan since it would cover the diagnostic and repair on my old computer. So it really worked out right away. But now I will have the added benefit to build a service relationship with BEst buy throughtout the year. Only negative was on geek squad. They did repair my old pc well and set up my new computer. But they reinstalled and upgraded microsoft office/one drive for me and forgot to update numerous settings that were disconnected due to this approach. Had to reconnect by HP printer and noticed all my excel files were now xlsw not xls.

It is a great membership to get when getting a PC or any electronics. It gives more time on your items if there are any issues and a longer warranty, along with benefits and discounts towards more items in the store or app.
