We purchased a TV as our other one died. John was soo professional, and helped and answered all of our questions. When I got home, I was looking over the paperwork, and it also included a 6-month free to Sirius XM which was a blessing as mine was ready to expire. Worth it for the 60 day return policy alone. I will say that the “membership pricing” is on things that im typically not interested in, but in the off chance something comes up it will be nice to have. The 60 day return policy is very nice, because if a better deal comes up somewhere else down the line, or if you decide you can do without the product, having two months to return is huge.

The Geek Squad is irreplaceable and there to help with a smile on their face. Products in store are top notch. Love the choices.

I've been shopping at best buy for years now and the service i received is incredible. Best prices, best deal and overall great products. I encourage all to come shop at best buy and also become a member to receive the best deals first.

Having this membership has been a great experience so far. The exclusive discounts are a nice perk and getting access to product releases before they hit the general market is perfect if you're into tech and gaming like me. What really stands out though is the free 2-day shipping and extended (60 day) returns. The longer return window has already come in handy once. Overall, it's a solid membership that feels worth it if you shop at Best Buy often and like being in on special offers and feeling rewarded for your loyalty to the company.

I enjoy the occasional surprise discounts on different products, and I've take advantage of a few Buy 2 Get 1 Free Switch Game promos they've done, which has more than paid for my membership. Longer return window is nice, but I do miss receiving that for free for spending X amount in a calendar year.

This membership is truly great and worth the value. If you make a decent amount of purchases like I do, the price drops alone that you can get the difference credited back for pays for itself. Aside from that, having the Geek Squad available and the warranty available is a bonus to the membership and a no brainer to have.
