In the past month, I've been using the Geeksquad services from Best Buy, and overall, it has been a positive experience. We’re so glad we signed up for a Best Buy membership — it saved us money on our dishwasher, and when the price of our fridge dropped, they quickly issued a credit to our account with no hassle. We’ve already been recommending it to our friends — it’s definitely been worth it!

The customer service staff was polite, although he was frustrated with me for coming back and and asking questions as I would walk away to get my head clear about what he was saying and what he could do for me. He helped spot someone illegally trying to get my information, which I am eternally grateful for.

I joined My Best Buy Plus right before the Black Friday sales. I had many purchases in mind and thought that the My BB + membership would both get me some money off and also give me the extended, 2 month, price match and return policy. Since joining BB + 1.5 months ago, I have spent almost $3,000 on purchases at Best Buy. My experience so far has been mixed. I did get one price match for a $100 savings (yay) but was denied a $22 price match because the BB, CS representative said the savings "would be too much" (boo). Also another return was not approved back to my card but the store manager did offer a store credit. So after spending nearly $3,000 my savings related to the My BB + membership came up to only $23 as shown on my BB + membership page. So, all together, that's only a net savings of $50 after spending almost $3 grand. That's just OK to me and BB not giving me the $22 price match because "it was too much" kinda bugged me. Based on my experience with BB + membership so far I am not sure I will renew next year.

The Geek Squad team had a real challenge getting our new TV synched up with our stereo system and all the remotes. They stuck with it and were eventually able to successfully coordinate ALL functions through a SINGLE remote. What an amazing job. Thanx so much

Whether you need small appliances, a new TV, or are just frequently shopping for the basics, this membership easily pays for itself with the shear amount of deep discounts it provides on products big and small. I saved over $130 on my microwave, well more than the annual membership cost

Manager was very helpful and honored the policy of price match even after I purchased the product 3 weeks prior. The membership is certainly worth it!!! Thank you Best Buy!

Very easy, he wasn’t able to play his games because his controller wasn’t working right and his on school vacation, so now his very happy being home, and I’m happy that I got the right price and a great experience, I couldn’t ask for more. Your associate made it easy and treated me like a king at the store

The protection plan is it! I'd rather have and not need it than need it and not have it.

Well first off this membership saves you more than what you pay for, even though when I purchased the membership it was along with item that were returned because of there being on use for them I still went ahead and kept the membership to see what it was all about, I really am enjoying my plus membership and recommend anyone like to shop in store or online, you have a great selection of options

This membership could save you lots of money if your one of those people that likes to buy the next best thing or just new electronics in general really need this to help with decisions

Like this membership. There are items I purchased at a reduced and more affordable price because of savings AND certificates earned from other purchases. Worth it. Not always something that you need, but often enough to be beneficial.

The Best Buy Plus membership has been great for us this year. We purchased a laptop and several things to go with it. I like knowing that my purchase was secure and it we had any problems or needed to exchange something we had time to get that done.

Bought for insurance on oled tv. Didnt have to utilize it. I did get a high quality system though. Insurance probably wasnt worth it in my case.

This is what allowed me to exchange my M4 Macbook Pro for the newer M5 version. Recommended for the extra time to decide to exchange an item.
