INFORMATION GIVEN FOR "BEST BUY PLUS" WAS NOT CORRECT. I WAS INFORMED I COULD LOG INTO APP AND REMOVE CREDIT CARD FOR AUTO RENEWAL. I TRIED WHILE IN STORE AND IT WAS NOT TRUE, WE CALLED AND WAS INFORMED THAT CANNOT BE DONE. I WAS NOT MAD BECAUSE THE PERSON WHO ASSISTED ME WITH MY PURCHASE WAS AWESOME UNLIKE ANOTHER MANAGER WHO WAS COLD AND UNHELPFUL.

I’ve never used it, but it’s a good option. I would definitely recommend it.

I'm very happy I purchased the Best Buy Plus membership last month when I bought a new laptop. I called today because I saw that the price of my previous purchase was now $100 less. I called Best Buy and the very pleasant young gentleman I talked too took care of processing the purchase price difference to my credit card in a matter of just a few minutes. Excellent customer service!

I love my plus membership, I’m glad I have this and do plan to renew every year the savings the perks the special membership prices are all worth it and that’s just to name a few there are more benefits to being a member.

This membership is worth every penny. No complaints so far.

Though I have a special talent for tangling up programs, the Geek Squad (after a bit of serious search) was able to find my missing documents, explain to me where they went and why and teach me how to continue to used them, etc. I am so happy they exist.

Need membership to extend return period since the products, delivery and execution is marginal

The Best Buy Plus membership has proven to be a definite worthwhile value. It saves money on purchases, extends the return window and offers excellent customer attention and service. I would strongly recommend this program to all Best Buy customers.

Purchasing this membership is a good idea. I love it

I hate subscriptions, like literally, cannot stand them, but I renewed this one. I mean, right after signing up, there was a spend $500 get $50 back deal. It pays for itself pretty quickly with the different sales and deals and if you also have a Best Buy card like I do, it is double the value since the Best Buy card also has its own promos. I buy enough already to make it worth it. As long as it stays at $50/yr then I'm in. Any more than that and I would reconsider.

In the past, Samsung had good sound and picture and was the cheapest at Best Buy. Now, like everyone else, it is overly digital sounding (harsh and not real...I call it scratchy-sounding). I wanted a simple TV like the last two Samsung's I got about 5 years ago (funny, both went out on the same weekend) but now there is way too much complication from pushing of products/services

I did not see too many benefits. I added it and now I'm leaning that it did not include data transfer.
