I purchased the membership mostly for the free shipping and I think I came out ahead with it. I tend to buy a lot of video games so over the course of the year it works well for me. I'm considering a new Mac and might go with BestBuyTotal care since you get the AppleCare built in with it.

I was buying a new laptop and a store team member told me about the membership plan. He got me on the hook because he had mentioned the 60-day sale price match policy. My laptop went on sale for $100 off after I had already purchased it and Best Buy matched the sale price and returned the difference of $100 to my card. Great value!

I like this membership because it’s less expensive now and instead of two weeks to exchange or return, you have two months can’t beat that

Good TV for the price. Bought it on sale for $650 for an 85”. For $400 more you can get a better picture/color tv but have to say people compliment on its color and picture. I’m satisfied with it.

Pro For just 50 a year, you get 60 day return window on basically all products. This has saved me multiple times for a quick replacement, or if some issue occurred after the regular 14 days for a return. You also get the BestBuy Member Picks, month items at a super discounted price, Ive used it everytime. Lost of small discounts on loads of items. Con The 2 day shipping is iffy. I normally dont do delivery if its with in an hour, but Ive never had 2 day shipping happen.

Purchased a new Sony television. The sales associate was excellent and went thru all the reasons to purchase the Sony brand against other name brands. I was already a Sony customer but did want to consider other brands. The sales associate was well read and understood the pros and cons of two brands I was considering. Appreciate his expertise which made the purchase very positive. Keep hiring and training good sales people. Buying the extended membership was a plus also! Thank you !!

The membership is worth the money. I perched the membership for the discount.

LG oven is great, and after three weeks of waiting I am hoping that it will be installed as I paid for installation with the purchase. Product is good: installation is not.

We got a very good service from staff JB when we purchased Samsung phone and watch. He was very well trained and patient to help us transfer data and all set-up. Also introduced the product and futures in that store. We really appreciated and enjoyed the service with Best Buy Plus membership.

I got this as a deal for Memorial Day ($20 off). It’s amazing how many items I could get now for a notable discount! That alone is worth the membership even at full price. Plus, you get 6 months of a return policy?! Get it even if you shop ~5 times per year at Best Buy.

In the past ive been a member of best buy programs because of how much ive spent. They recently changed things and added this. It has given me access to certain events and saved me money. Would recommened if you purchase over $1k-$2k of items.

A couple of the best features is the contrast, clarity and the quietness. The weight of the projector made it not as easy to install.

I’m really glad I signed up for the My Best Buy Plus membership. I actually learned about it from a Best Buy employee who took the time to explain the program and all of its benefits to me. I really appreciated that, because it made me realize how much value it could bring, and I signed up right away. Since then, I’ve already noticed how much easier shopping has become. The member prices and discounts save me money, and the free shipping and more flexible return options make the whole process much more convenient. The included Geek Squad support is also a huge bonus, because it gives me peace of mind whenever I buy new electronics. I think this membership is especially worth it for anyone who shops at Best Buy a few times a year or more. It’s already paid for itself in my case, and I feel like I get extra value every time I shop. Between the helpful staff recommendation and the ongoing perks, I’m very happy with the membership overall.

So back several years ago as a bestbuy credit card holder, i used to get 45 days return but that quickly change. Infact i even had the gamers club membership where bestbuy would give you 20% off on just about any game except the super popular ones but still awesome. I do wish they would bring that back. Anyways fast forward to today and now you have a meager 15 days return which makes things difficult if your product malfunctions you are pretty much stuck with it unless you buy the additional protection plan. I purchased this membership solely to have peace of mind on returning a product if it malfunctions or doesn't perform as the manufacturer states, this happened to me with a Segway Ninebot Max G2, things have been fixed on it now but it took several months of us being beta testers. So if you want to be able to have a 60 day hassle free return policy, please get this membership, its definitely worth it. There are other perks included like getting $5.00 rewards when you spend $100.00 on a product. For me its not a big deal to earn points as i spend thousands yearly here but with this new paid membership i no longer have the need to do that in order to keep a specific membership status. I will eventually upgrade to the total protection membership but need more customer experience feedback before i spend $130.00 more per year. Anyway, its worth it and i highly recommend it as a customer to you another fellow customer.
