We purchased the membership when we bought a stove. Our stove wouldnt heat up properly so the membership became worth the money pretty much right away. In the market for a refrigerator now so will look for that at Best Buy and keep our membership.

So far impressed with membership. I like the fact that if a sale price comes up within 60 days the sale price will be honored with a refund

This membership was recommended to me during my purchase of a washer and dryer to save money immediately. Now I have a yearlong membership that has paid for its self already.

I figured I would give this membership level a try. While I still have it since it is providing exactly what it promotes, so far I do not think it is a good fit for me. I will be using it for a few more months to see if I get more value out of it. However, as someone who does not need GeekSquad support, the other savings do not justify the membership with my purchasing levels.

Large inventory of different models to choose from. Excellent customer service. They answered all our questions and steered us in the right direction. The sales person let us know that a sale was about to begin a few days later and how to be credited back the discounted sales amount. Which they did.

It's good for specials if you buy best buy often. Honestly a great alternative to Amazon if you love getting your items quick. Its saved me around $50 more than the $50 price. I wish there were more deals throughout the year.

As someone who was hesitant about purchasing a best buy plus membership, I can honestly say that it’s definitely worth it! I was able to make a large purchase with an amazing discount due to the membership. The savings alone from that purchase have allowed the membership to practically pay itself! Another thing I appreciate is that it’s a one time fee for an annual membership as opposed to having to pay month over month. Highly recommend.

Didn't mean to register for membership and when I saw the charge appear after a month they quickly and easily canceled it and refunded my money. Easiest membership I've ever had to deal with.

the team explained the new versions of new tvs we had no knowledge of new products it had been ten years plus experience with new technology they took their time and explained everything to us without hesitation

My new range and refrigerator arrived and the delivery men were awesome! They were so nice and too great care in removing my old appliances and installing the news ones with out any wall damage or scratches. They were meticulous and even leveled both appliances. I asked if they could match the counter height with the range, and they did! Best experience from Best Buy.
