This membership gave me the timing and flexibility to get our entire sound system just right. I was able to really test the products and move them around while feeling like I had an abundance of time and space to make the best decision for our family. It was worth every penny.

Will benefit from quick and timely shipping and promotion information

I was going to spend quite a bit of money in the store and I talked with associate that that Best buy members card I went ahead and added it too while I was buying for the dollar and just to the guys that I bought and paid for himself right there so everything else that I added to it that it took off money back from my pocket it was a pretty good deal and I'm still saving money on it when I get stuff now and then you've been 4 months since I've had to get so if you're going to spend a little money by several things it works out and pays for yourself and then some thank you!

The membership has geat deals for a lot of different item

The ability to have 60 day returns on most items alone makes this membership worth it. But then the member only price cuts actually pays for the membership when you get those savings if you think about it. Solid.

I have not used it a lot but hope to this holiday season.

I purchased a eero mesh router system in August 2023. The price was competitive, the purchase experience was trouble free, and the Geek Squad Technician (Matt) was great. I would have really struggled putting in the system myself. The membership was well worth the cost and would do it again the same way. However, I'm not a frequent purchaser and have not had the opportunity to use any of the other membership benefits. I'm looking at purchasing a couple of kitchen appliances within the next twelve months and will keep Best Buy high on the shopping list.

I like all the savings we get as a plus member but its on things that i wouldn't really need and the things that would he nice to save on things that you would purchase more than once either have like 3 dollars off or no savings at all. That's really my only gripe about it i know its a newer feature and ill be happy to see the improvements they make.

This membership is great! Just what I needed to get all the super deals with discounted prices for members.The price match 60 days for members is the best saved over $300

The membership has already paid for itself. If I make no more purchases for the rest of the membership it would still have been worth it. The problem is the store associates that make it difficult to use. It would be nice to be able to take care of the price matching within the app itself. Rather than going into the store and dealing with terrible associates and then having to do it over the phone. The associates over the phone are great though.

Having the 60 days returns, paid for itself with a 43 inch tv. The tv just stopped working after 5 weeks. I was able to return it and get a different model with no issues.

A return customer for the membership over the years! I love it and will continue to buy it for the promos and early access plus discounts!
