Its worth the price for bestbuy plus membership if you shop regularly from bestbuy and they do price match with major sellers includingAmazon. I get better prices on items and also recieve members only deals monthly.

Love Best Buy! However….Geek Squad installer never answers our text or returns our calls when we have an issue with our new television. He even gave us his work cell number. Even our local BB manager can’t get them to call us. The “in store” Geeks are very helpful. Membership is beneficial for installation only basically.

Jaden once again saved the day. He found the problem within minutes of arrival and plugged in the cords that had been accidentally disconnected by my cleaning lady. Now, my initial call to Best Buy was not handled correctly. The person took all my information but never told me to expect an email from Best Buy with a link that I had to use to pay for the service. Consequently, I received emails from BB stating my appointment would be cancelled due to failure to pay. I called best buy again and the agent got everything fixed correctly, and asked me to stay on the phone until I'd received the correct email and go it all paid for. Thanks to him, everything got fixed. The Chat Bot on the Best Buy web site is awful. It doesn't understand anything you are trying to tell them and eventually they just transfer you to a person. Very frustrating dealing with their website!!!

I've made a lot of purchases this year and for smaller online orders this is worth it on shipping. For other purchases there is often a discount but the discount does not always seem exclusive to members. Gone is they point system they used to have. I actually liked that as it gave you a measure of your loyalty. Whether that was worth much or not, it felt valuable somehow. I'm mainly concerned at this point with supporting competition for Amazon and having a local physical location to go to. So if the membership helps them out, great. Hard to think of Best Buy as a disadvantaged 'local' business but seems that way these days!

This membership is a great value because of the price match guarantee. We bought a LG washing machine last month and the price went down last Friday and we got a refund back because the washer price went down during Black Friday.

Everything went fine glad idea was in stock. Was unable to use my membership because I put the idea in my grandsons name . Plus cashier said I did not a discount before I put it in his name. So what’s the since having a membership. ????
