I appreciate the vibrant picture quality and the convenience of the Google TV hub on this television. However, it's worth noting that a robust WiFi connection is crucial to avoid potential delays that could impact the overall viewing experience. The sound quality, while not exceptional, can be improved with the addition of a soundbar.

I joined the Best Buy plus membership primarily for the two months of price match guarantees. I have benefited from price match guarantees, but the process to obtain price matches is very frustrating and inconsistent. Best Buy customer service is not very helpful, but their web-based live agent chat process does resolve ongoing issues to honor their own price match deals. Also, the Best Buy app is supposed to notify users when you mark an item for price drops, but that app feature very rarely works as advertised. At the end of the day, I have benefited from my Best Buy plus membership to receive price drops on items I have purchased, but it requires a lot of my time to ensure the price matches offered internal to Best Buy themselves are credited to my account.

I was hesitant but I ended up getting a $50 rewards points when purchasing due to a BB credit card offer. So effectively a free 1 year trial. I like the 60 day price matching, but other than that, I'm not sure if I will renew yet.

Getting a membership was the best thing I did , it’s very helpful and you get points

ITs good to have tithe membership, because I bought two laptops and after a period time they were $200 bucks in discount. So I got $400 back.

Can’t complain because I got it essentially for free, since one of my purchases was $50 off with the membership, so the cost canceled out. The member deals have not impressed me but the extended return and price match period are great. It does suck that Best Buy decided to start charging for that when it was a free loyalty perk before though.

I saved the price of the memberships when I signed up - and I'm hoping it will be profitable. Not sure how to get lowest price on items that go on sale for less than you purchased though - that's worth it - when I figure it out.

It is nice to have a larger return window for me to return gifts if I need to.

Not sure about the value of this. I was told I was going to be reached if the price got lower and I have not heard anything back.

I signed up for the membership because I was buying a few appliances and discount on the appliances more than paid for the membership. We will see if it remains worth it in future years.

This membership is a steal. Bought a 1700 laptop and the membership let me pricematch a Month after where i saves 350 dollars. Best decisión ive made

I honestly think the service is a bit more expensive than the benefit it provides. It would also be very nice if consumers didn't have to pay to have a good return window. Also, I haven't gotten a meaningful benefit from the service, as the open box item I set up the membership for was in bad condition, so it was essentially a waste.

I purchased a Samsung monitor that I use as a television. I was a little unsure that this would work but, it has been great. The Geek Squad set it up and explained how to use it. Everything went smoothly and your tech department was very helpful when I called with any questions.

My Best Buy Plus membership offered nothing of value. Our delivery was scheduled for 1 pm - 5 pm on a particular day. We received text messages saying that our delivery was en route at about 1:20 pm. An hour went by and nothing. We called Best Buy and were advised that delivery was attempted at 11:15 am and that no one was home. Delivery had been rescheduled for Saturday, May 2. Unfortunately, we had plans to be out of town on that date. We were further advised that only the TV was available for delivery; no sound bar, no Apple TV pod, no one to install or set up the TV as we had paid for. We cancelled our order and cancelled our Best But Plus membership. You blew it, Best Buy
