This membership is a great value. I can get more discount for some items and I can get reward or coupon after spend money with Best Buy.

It was partially great. However, when i needed my computer to be looked at, they told it wasn't covered. So technically, i didn't needed it but was available just in case

This membership is worth it. Just think what it wod be if you needed have it when there is a time it is needed.

Even if you don’t shop at BestBuy constantly, it can really save you money with the ability to do returns and price matching within 60 days.

I was offered an upgrade to Best Buy Plus when I needed help from the Geek Squad. I was advised that by upgrading to Plus I would be saving money because it would include a discount on the Geek Squad cost.

I like the fact that it seems they are willing to be more flexible with you on certain items when you have the membership. I ended up getting a treadmill at a price I didn't think was possible because of their willingness to work with me.

Not really sold on the value of this yet. Maybe I will be later, but I can't see any real value beyond my initial reason for purchasing this. (to extend the return window (scant 15 days) to return (the 2nd) a defective keyboard after a few days' illness prevented me from returning in a timely manner and went past the 15 day window. I look daily to see if the items that I am considering to purchase fall under the "Plus Membership deals"/discount pricing, but alas, the available items seem "limited"? I wish that I could be excited about this purchase, but at this juncture I feel as though the purchase should not have been "necessary" as the only option that allowed me to return a defective keyboard. I APPRECIATE that it was an option, I'm just not happy that it was the only option that management offered me and the membership has not "paid off" as of yet.

It got me a pretty good discount on my laptop but I had to remember to cancel for the next year bc it will auto renew yearly.

The employees are always helpful and take the time to make sure the items I purchase is what is need to resolve the problem.

I can't remember the two gals names that helped me out maybe you have them in my setup I recommend them they were very helpful they did their job well

At first, I didn't think that my Best Buy Plus membership was worth it but I got to save a lot of money whenever I buy something and it goes does if I pay more than it costs at the moment they give me back the difference. Also geek squat is super useful! They are really helpful whenever I have questions about my device and I need help with it. So in case you wonnder yes Best Buy Plus membership is worth it
