Not sure the membership is worth the cost. Haven’t seen much benefit.

I wasn’t sure if the door alarm on my refrigerator was working properly. The technician, lock LOC came on time, looked at the refrigerator, and confirmed that everything was good. He was very professional, and I have been impressed with Best Buy service.

Best Buy’s membership program is a great value for frequent shoppers and even those like me who only shops on holidays. The exclusive perks like extended return windows, member-only discounts, and free shipping make it worth the cost. I especially appreciate the priority access to new products and tech support, which has been incredibly helpful. The program easily pays for itself with the benefits provided.

Works fine it's just we were trying to get dialogue more understandable over the too loud background music. It helps but does not solve the problem which is not the sound bars fault it is the producers of the programs.

Best Buy membership saves money and adds peace of mind!

its the best idea ever you get to save alot on everything in best buy and if you purchase something and if its on sale after you purchase something you call Best Buy and they will refund the difference i been shopping in Best Buy 20 something years and i still love to purchase thing from Best Buy they are the best thank you Best Buy for saling really great stuff you are number 1 in my list

Membership is a plus. Support, Geek Squad, Phone Tech Support. If they can't fix it they will replace the item ( depending on warranty ). Easy to schedule repairs. I'm an Apple Person and going to Best Buy in Douglasville is convenient than driving to Lennox or Cumberland Mall. Get the Membership

I was definitely skeptical about this being set at $50, but it’s only been 1 month, and I’ve gotten $100 back in rewards already, that in of itself allowed me to pick up a brand new pair of Air Pods Pro 2nd Gen, they retail at $249.99 , but since I’m a part of this membership , we get notifications about deals instantly! So the price drop went to $190! $60 off just casually is amazing, and that’s before applying my $100 rewards I earned / Grand total spent for a $250+ headphones for less than $95.

This membership is great and useful for people that are actively buying or changing their electronic devices.

I picked out the item I wanted it, which was a large television 65 inch OLED. There was somebody right there to help me out with it and load it in my vehicle easy Peezy.

Definitely worth the fee! We saved almost $500 with price match guarantees when our laptop and ipad went on sale. The fact that BestBuy sends alerts when our items went on sale made it super easy to get refunds
