It really helps if you don’t have time to return Products

I would like to thank the Verizon Rep for noticing I was paying on 2 Membership plans. And for the guy who helped me with merging my 2 accounts and putting in a ticket for it to be looked at with my sons PS purchase in October of why the person checking me out didn't notice this and sold me another plan.

Saving money is great, but my experience with every person I come in contact with at the store is unbelievably awesome. My advice for any company running a business that has poor customer service, would be to come visit my Best Buy store in Owasso and see what great customer service is really like. My membership is icing on the cake as far as I’m concerned.

I got this membership because Best Buy contacted me after I had bought a new soundbar. They told me that the item I bought was $170 off if I was a member and they could refund me that amount if I joined. I think I'll be renewing this membership because there are some really great savings available.

Best Buy Plus membership is the best! I am doing 2 renovations and I get updates all the time. One TV I bought when down in porice 3 times withinthe 2 months and I had no problems getting the price adjustments. I also love that BB bought Pacific Sales for high end appliances. Excellent service and terrific sales all the time. We'll renew our membership even after the renovations. Thanks Best Buy!

I got this membership through a promotion when I bought my gaming laptop. So far I absolutely see the value in this membership as many items I have purchased at Best Buy since have been cheaper than in store prices. Return policy is extended and you have access to offers just for plus members.

The Best Buy membership fee is too high. And, the limited time frame to use the Rewards Points is too short. They should be like the old Rewards Points where they just accumulated, and you could use them any time.

I went in and purchased a shark rocket. I waited less than 5 min to be helped and I am very satisfied with the service. I wish that I could remember who the sales person was because I believe in credit where credit is due, however, it was a few weeks ago and I cannot remember. Previously, I purchased a top of the line LG washer and dryer with pedestals and I was very happy with both the purchase and the entire customer support team at Best Buy Warner Robins..Thanks Team for all your support!

So far my experience has been really great - multiple of my purchases have had discounts of hundreds of dollars. I got it on a whim when a tv I was buying was offering $300 off but it’s come in handy many times since.
