I had trouble setting up my new iMac Mini so I packed everything up and went back to Best Buy. A very courteous and understanding young woman had it up and working in about 20 minutes. I followed her guidelines when I got home, and everything is working fine now.

I haven't had it for very long but so far I have no complaints.

This membership has little value unless you do a lot of shopping at Best Buy. Even then, the value is marginal at best for above-average technology persons e.g. IT People. For the average retail buyer of technology that regularly purchases from BestBuy it's better than not having the membership.

I didn't realize all the exclusive deals and incentives this program had and as a tech enthusiast it seems silly to have disregarded it for so long. The more time I spend with the membership the more value I find.
