It’s so frustrating to buy an item and find out it’s on sale a week or so later. I got the membership so I don’t miss out on saving money on expensive items.

I just used the membership, but i don't really use it that much.

The sales person who helped us at the local Best Buy was extremely helpful. We were undecided among three laptops, all around the same price, but we explained our upcoming plans for using it, he helped guide us toward one in particular. Then when we found out that it was not in stock, and another com[ponent appeared to be not in stock, he found a shipment date certain, and double checked that the other part was in fact in stock but somewhat mislabeled. After all this assistance, we went ahead and signed up for this "membership" but have no idea what benefits it may offer.

Good plan..worth the money to ensure your investment

Specifically purchased "my best buy plus" to take advantage of the 2-day shipping, to complete an important project, however purchased item sat at warehouse for several days or more due to an error and had to contact BBuy just to get things rolling and finally after escalating situation the item shipped.

Great incentives and items on sale.!!! Alerts let you know when item are on sale. Plus if you buy an item and it shows up on sale you can go back with receipt and get discount price!!!

I have enjoyed my new membership. It gives me that extra feeling of confidence if I need assistance with computer, etc or need to return an item which I haven't. Love my purchases. I love getting those early notifications on sale prices. That brought me to Best Buy for a special purchase! There's so much more I have to look forward to in the future with my membership! So excited! Thanks Best Buy!

At first I was hesitant but when the great tv specialist told me all that membership offers I couldn’t turn it down. After I bought my 77 inch and went back a week later to ask about how I could buy a warranty. That’s when it all happened was told what it could do for me so I purchased a warranty membership and right then I saved $250 off my tv because of the price drop from when I purchased my tv what a great deal.

Most of the stuffs when I ordered from BestBuy store, I satisfied with products and good prices & happier with a good customer service.

The value is insane but I would suggest only getting it if you shop a lot here and want to try stuff.

Best place in Prescott to shop for appliances and acquire computer service. Service by sraff is EXCELLENT+++++
