The staff made it very quick and easy to make our purchases. When we went in to make the purchase, we had changed our mind on one of the items and they were very helpful and accommodating. We love the items we bought and we love the staff.

I did purchase it during the holiday shopping timeframe, so I did use it to price match twice. Only complaint is having to physically come in to have it matched. If I’m paying extra, shouldn’t it be automatically adjusted especially when it’s best buys own prices. At least maybe an app option for price matching.

Decided to get the membership for extended return period. Perks aren’t the best but for $50 it’s worth getting for that return window and with the holidays coming up it might be worth it for the exclusive member price drops on items.

Doesnt matter if you buy a Flat Screen, a Washer, or a Vaccum, Best buy always stands behind what they sell. We have been members for many years and Best Buy is my favorite place to Shop

Best Buy Plus membership was thoroughly explained by the associate who assisted me. I wasn't aware of the membership prior to my recent visit, and it made perfect sense for me to sign up. As I reviewed pricing comparisons (member price vs. non-member price), I found that it was financially advantageous to join. Also like the added perks of price matching and easy returns.

Bought the plan because of a purchase that I made and wanted the discount and the coverage. I would say that the plan has paid for itself with the initial purchase. What I like is that it give you extended coverage on all purchase items and it give special deals as well. Worth the cost.

I had to buy this plan to return headphones (never opened) that I had purchased 1 month earlier. I bought the headphones online and was given a pair as a present so I did not need this pair. Spent $50 on this 1 year plan just to return. Unlikely I will use this membership and next time I make a purchase I will be going somewhere that honors more than 2 weeks to return merchandise. Given the amount of money I have spent with Best Buy over the last several years this has completely changed my perception of their customer service.

This membership provides a solid value with all of the different perks. Love seeing additional savings and early access to products. Maybe this will finally help me get some Pokemon cards for my family.
