Love the extra protection package - it’s a good value and also gave a discounted price

if you are a high shopper at BB than this is for you, I basically got as a trial yet don't think it worked for me overall.

Was perfect for what I needed it for as protection for my laptop purchase.

I’m very happy with my purchase. The watch is beautiful and works like a charm. Best Buy’s customer service was outstanding – they answered all my questions and the shipping was super fast. Will definitely shop here again!

This television has a great picture for it’s size, easy to mount to the wall with little experience also very easy to lift, the lack of remote control responsiveness was surprising I expected much more, which prevents me from giving 5 stars but if you can live without a brand remote I highly recommend this television.

Worth the price of the membership. You will make it up in savings and perks in a hurry.

I really like the idea and I think I'd taste higher if I was buying more right now. I really like the extra help and protection. I did however expect a little better members only deals or more of them but overall I like and will keep my membership.

We went to Geek squad for some help and received the best help. The team member was able to fix our computer and find us the best deal because of our best buy membership. It would have costs us close to $300 but instead it was only about$125. He also replaced my TV remote for free because of the best buy membershipwhen he saw me looking for a new one.

I believe there is alot of perks with the membership, One I really liked was a larger return window, not that I return alot but I find things break right out of the window sometimes.. lol.. 2nd I would have to say the shipping, I ordered some cables for my car stereo install and they were at my door the next day. Helps I live in the city too.. So my down side, I do like the membership, but I currently already have Amazon. I do like to support the local best buy a few times a month, I love the hands on experience to me that helps sell it. Anyways, hope this helps, I do think its worth it if you buy from Best Buy the warranty perk alone is worth it.. its just not for me, not right now. Money is to tight currently, but I might pick it up in the future, or next year...

Well what can I say about having the opportunity to save a few bucks in todays economy! The membership works great and saves you EXTRA money on something that you might not have brought IF the added discount from the membership wasnt added on ! The plus for me is the 60 day return instead of only 15 days! It would be even better if they applied maybe a 10-15 % discount towards buying an open box item or adding a percentage towards the extended warranty ......

The price match part of this plan doesn’t make sense as Best Buy doesn’t monitor this. It is apparently just up to the customer to scour ads to see if your particular one was ever lower and then you have to go and contact them or go to the store to try to get a price match within the 60 day window so it’s definitely not the way it was explained to me in the store when I purchased this. Best Buy computer system could easily identify this and notify you to take action however they do not since they already got your money.
