Honestly love the membership. It comes with its perks, and I always love the experience at Best Buy.

Miles my advocate has been amazing on helping me achieve my goal for this oven in time for Thanksgiving Dinner. He has been keeping me updated on my new arrival date of my purchase, which is arrive earlier than the original 12/4 delivery. I very much appreciate his help and input to make this happen in time. I am now a happy customer and no longer an unhappy consumer.

The price match part of this plan doesn’t make sense as Best Buy doesn’t monitor this. It is apparently just up to the customer to scour ads to see if your particular one was ever lower and then you have to go and contact them or go to the store to try to get a price match within the 60 day window so it’s definitely not the way it was explained to me in the store when I purchased this. Best Buy computer system could easily identify this and notify you to take action however they do not since they already got your money.

Bestbuy created a very good way of how a client reaches and find the product that is looking for.

So far been happy with the perks. Team in Albany NY are the best!

Great idea we got the membership now we can buy more equipment necessary to our house

After getting this membership, I do feel like I recieve offers that are limited to others under it. It could offer more like discounts on Geek Squad Services and maybe some coupons for Open Box items. I struggle to believe the more expensive membership is useful to anyone younger than 50, most know how to use and take care of their electronics.

It’s nice you can actually go into a store and speak with someone knowledgeable about the product. I like to touch and see the quality before I buy something.

Currently, the membership gets a four out of five from me because of how little time I've had it. The few deals and benefits I have gotten in that time period, however, have been excellent.

Hard using my card for purchases, declined often then locked out

I wasn’t going to buy the membership but the price protection for a period of time was the clincher.I also liked the extra return time
